MIROMAR LAKES — Seagate Devel-opment Group LLC has broken groundfor its furnished Tortola estate model inMiromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club’s Sa-lerno 2 neighborhood. The Tortola’sHamptons beach house inspired archi-tectural style designed by RG Designsoffers a flowing, open-concept floor planwith 3,892 square feet under air and anadditional 1,058 square feet of outdoorliving space.

The home’s grand entry and wide foy-er will lead to a massive grand room thatfully opens to the outdoor living area.The grand room, gourmet island kitchen,and a dining area with a full wet bar willoffer an elegant yet comfortable livingspace. The plan also includes a study,four bedrooms, four full baths and twohalf-baths and a three-car garage. Thesitting area in the owner’s bedroomopens to the outdoors while two of theguest suites open to a private walled gar-den. The start of the Tortola model at Miro-

mar Lakes continues Seagate’s expan-sion as one of the region’s pre-eminentdevelopers and luxury home builders.Seagate is also a preferred builder inQuail West and is developing Hill TideEstates on the southern tip of BocaGrande and Windward Isle, a gated en-clave of 28 single-family luxury homesbeing developed by Seagate just south ofOrange Blossom Drive on Airport-Pull-ing Road in North Naples.

Three grand estate models by Sea-gate are open at Quail West and a fourthis in development. Seagate’s 5,693-square-foot Pine Valley furnished grandestate model at Quail West recentlyopened for viewing and purchase. A sec-ond new Seagate estate model at QuailWest, the 5,464-square-foot furnishedCalusa residence opened earlier thismonth. The new estate models are join-ing Seagate’s award-winning Oakmontestate and offer a choice of three ele-gantly designed and finished newly con-structed estate residences that are avail-

able for move-in for the remainder of the2017 winter season.

Seagate is also poised to begin con-struction of its Captiva and Sanibel fur-nished model residences at Hill Tide Es-tates, a 9.98-acre gated enclave on thesouthern tip of Boca Grande. Pricing forthe models will be determined after con-struction commences. Six floor plans arenow included in the Fort Myers-baseddeveloper’s Hill Tide Estates offering.Designed RG Designs, the Old Floridastyle plans range from 3,577 to to over5,000 square feet under air. Nineteenluxury estate home sites starting at $1.4million are available for purchase. Fourpending sales contracts are in the proc-ess of being finalized. An on-site salescenter is open daily.

After completing the sale of its fur-nished Grenada model, Seagate hasstarted construction of a Grenada modelat Windward Isle. The 4,079-square-foot,two-story Grenada floor plan is basepriced at $1.475 million. Created by We-

ber Design Group, the open concept planincludes a great room, dining area, andkitchen, as well as a study with a walk-incloset, the master suite, and a guest suiteon the first floor. Two upstairs bedroomsand a game room offer an area for study-ing, entertaining, and watching televi-sion. One of the upstairs bedrooms has acovered outdoor balcony. The plan fea-tures four full baths and one half-bath, athree-car garage, and an outdoor livingarea with a covered lanai and pool. Pric-ing for the new furnished Grenada mod-el will be announced as construction pro-gresses.

Seagate has also started constructionof its Sea Breeze I model at Windward Is-le. The 3,074-square-foot under air SeaBreeze I floor plan, designed by RichGuzman at RG Designs, includes a greatroom, dining area, and gourmet kitchenwith a vaulted painted tongue-in-grooveceiling that will soar to 18 feet at its peak.Asingle ceiling beam detail, that will car-ry through the living space to the out-door living area and windows at the topof the walls, will provide additional ar-chitectural interest. Pocketing sliderswill fully open the interior space to a cov-ered lanai, a pool, and a pavered pooldeck. An optional summer kitchen andoptional fireplace will be included in themodel’s outdoor living area.

The plan features a study, three bed-rooms, three-and-a-half baths plus an op-tional pool bath, and a three-car garage.The Sea Breeze I model is expected to becompleted by fall and priced at $1.649million, fully furnished.

A completed Abacos model, designedby Weber Design Group, is open forviewing at Windward Isle priced at$1.695 million. The model features an in-terior by Jinx McDonald Interior De-signs’ Minka McDonald, ASID, LEEDAP. Base priced at $1.275 million, the3,065-square-foot single-story Abacosplan offers a combination of eleganceand livability. The open concept greatroom plan includes a wet bar, islandkitchen, dining area, study, three bed-rooms, three full baths, one half-bath, anoutdoor living area, and a three-car ga-rage.
