The Exhibitor/Supporter agrees to beresponsible for his/her/its property and employees/agents andanyotherthirdpartywhomayvisithis/her/itsspace.TheExhib-itor/SupportershallholdharmlesstheOrganiserfromanyandalldamages/claims,includingthoseusuallycoveredbya fireandextendedundera coveragepolicy. TheExhibitor/Supporterwillpurchaseinsurancepoliciesfortheabovelisteddamages.
exhibition regulationsTheexhibitionmanager(the“ExhibitionManager“),actingunderdirectionof theorganizingcommittee,has thefinaldecisionastotheacceptabilityofdisplays.Exhibitors/Supportersarenotal-lowed to sharewithothersany spaceallotted to themwithoutpriorwrittenconsentbytheExhibitionManager.TheOrganiserreserves the right toalter thegeneral layoutor limit thespaceallottedtoeachExhibitor/Supporter,postponetheexhibitionortransfer it to another site if unforeseen circumstanceswarrantsuchaction.Shouldanycontingencypreventtheholdingoftheexhibition,theOrganiserwillnotbeheldliableforanyexpensesincurredotherthanthecostofexhibitspacerentalfees.Allexhib-itsaretobedisplayedsoastoavoidblockingaisles,obstructingadjoining booths, damaging the premises or the leased equip-ment.Exhibitor/Supporteriskindlyrequestedtoallowsufficientsee-throughareas,whichensureclearviewsofsurroundingex-hibits. Instandardbooths,heightisrestrictedto246cm.Exhibi-tors/Supportersareresponsibleforthecostandexecutionofthedesign,installationanddeliveryoftheirdisplayto(anditsremovalfrom)theexhibitionsite.Further, Flammable materials are not allowed to be utilised.Equipment displayed or demonstrated must be installed withstrictadherence tosafetymeasures.TheExhibitors/Supportersundertake to observe the timetable designated for completionoftheirdisplaybeforetheexhibitionopeninganditsdismantlingat thecloseof theexhibition.Nodismantlingorpackingof thedisplay before the designated hour is allowed. It is the Exhib-itor‘s/Supporter‘s responsibility to pack and remove or consignforshipmentall itemsofvalueprior to leaving theirexhibitun-attended,otherwisetheOrganiserwillarrangefortheirremovalattheExhibitor‘s/Supporter‘s riskandsoleexpenses.Exhibitors/Supporters areobliged to ensure that their stands areperma-nentlystaffedduringtheexhibitionopeninghours.Paymentistobemadeinaccordancewiththeconditionsofpaymentlistedintheprospectus.ShouldtheExhibitor/Supporterfailtomakesuchpaymentontime,theOrganisershallbeentitledtoterminatethecontract, withdraw confirmation of acceptance,make other ar-rangementsforthespace/supporteritemsorseekcompensationfornon-fulfilmentofcontract.ParticipationbyExhibitor/Support-erisdependentuponcompliancewithallrules,regulationsandconditionsstatedherein.Accesstotheexhibitionisauthorisedonpresentationofa badgeissuedbytheOrganiser.Exhibitor‘s/Sup-porter‘s badgeswillnotbemailedinadvanceandmaybecollect-edfromtheResgitrationdeskontheexhibitioncommencementdate.TheOrganiserensuresdailycleaningof theaisles.Exhibi-tors/Supportersareresponsibleforthecleaningoftheirstands.Theprovisionofrefreshments for theparticipantsbyExhibitor/Supporterisonlypermittedifthecateringregulationsoftheex-hibitionbuildingconcernedareobserved.Alldemonstrationsorinstructionalactivitiesmustbeconfinedtothelimitsoftheexhi-bitionstand.Advertisingmaterialandsignsmaynotbedistribut-edordisplayedoutsidetheexhibitor’s stands.Soundequipmentmustberegulatedanddirectedintothestandsothatitdoesnotdisturb neighbouring exhibits. The exhibition management re-servestherighttorequiretheExhibitor/Supportertodiscontinueanyactivity,noiseormusicthatisdeemedobjectionable.Exhibi-tionareasandfittingsmadeavailabletoExhibitor/Supportermustbehandedbackintheiroriginalcondition.Incaseofdamageorlossofequipmentprovided,ordamagetoareasoccupied,repairandreplacementwillbechargedtotheExhibitor/Supporter.AnyspecialdecorationorfittingsmustbesubmittedtotheOrganis-erforpriorauthorisation.AdvertisingpanelsanddisplayarenotpermittedoutsidetheexhibitionareasallottedtotheExhibitors/Supporters.TheOrganiserwillnotapprovestands,whichdonotcomplywiththeacceptedstandards,untilthenecessarychangeshavebeenmade.
