take the lifts to Level 13 Board the FREE shuttle to the Train station

& South Terminal

Getting to North Terminal Departures1 Proceed through Passport control,

Baggage reclaim & Customs2 After entering the Arrivals concourse, use the lifts

and proceed to Level 2.

Getting to Bus and Coach stops1 Proceed through Passport control,

Baggage reclaim & Customs2 After entering the Arrivals concourse, exit the North

Terminal3 For bus stops 1-3, turn left– For bus stops 4 & 5, turn right– For bus stops 6-14, turn right and follow

the covered walkway – For bus stops 15 & 16, cross over the pedestrian

crossing and proceed to the drop off area.

Where are the nearest shops and restaurants?• There’s an M&S Simply Food and Costa Coffee*

located in the Arrivals concourse. In addition you will find Jamie’s Coffee in the atrium on Level 2. Also upstairs are Moneycorp, Excess Baggage, London News Company and Costa Coffee.

Where can I get a luggage trolley?• Luggage trolleys can be found outside

North Terminal by bus stop 3.

Where are the nearest toilets?• We’re transforming North Terminal and building more

toilets. In the meantime, toilets can be found in the following areas:

• Just before Passport control • Next to Costa Coffee in the Arrivals concourse • On Level 2 – Departures
