In regard of this matter, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Ho Chi Minh City will receive the application dossiers for entering Vietnam to work in Ho Chi Minh City of the experts, submitted by agencies, organizations, enterprises that have a demand of the foreign workers. The application dossiers should be sent to the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, no 31 Duong so 13, Hiep Binh Chanh Ward, Thu Duc District (http://www.sldtbxh.hochiminhcity.gov.vn) Therefore, the Department of External Relations kindly request Consular Posts and Economic – Culture Representative Offices to notify their enterprises that if they have a demand of inviting foreign investors, or hiring technical experts, skilled workers and managers (as well as the experts who have got the residence permit and valid visa before the pandemic of Covid-19 but were not able to enter Vietnam due to the prevention and control requirements), they can submit the application dossiers and a list of experts (see enclosed the form) to the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs at the above address for reviewing and processing. The enterprises have to bear all medical cost and other cost relating to the (compulsory) quarantine for foreign workers. Application dossiers of the foreigners that do not follow the above process will not be considered.
