The Calibre Consulting Planning team is led by Fiona Slechten. With over 19 years of professional experience in statutory and strategic planning. Fiona is highly sought after by our clients for her in-depth knowledge of residential, commercial, rural and tourism developments as well her proven skills as an advocate at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal and Planning Panels Victoria. Fiona is experienced in managing a broad spectrum of planning issues including heritage, farming, native vegetation and bushfire controls.

Rebecca Czarnecki is our Senior Planner with 11 years of professional experience. Rebecca has a strong interest in greenfield subdivision and development projects and offers a contemporary approach to planning matters. Having spent most of her career in local government, Rebecca has developed close relationships with other Councils and State Agencies, including the Metropolitan Planning Authority, and is well respected in her field.

Pia Jackson and Ernie Sanchez add further breadth of knowledge to the planning team. Pia has private sector experience in residential, commercial and subdivision projects across Melbourne. With both Planning and Law qualifications, Pia is able to interpret and resolve complex planning issues. Ernie has joined our team from a background in Engineering and Business and is now involved in a range of statutory and strategic projects. He has a keen interest in Environmentally Sustainable Design.
