Lifestyle is a one day exhibition event which will attract the 50+
age market, looking ahead to the last decade of their working
career.
This group will be considering lifestyle choices that will take them
on into retirement or who may be recently retired and now
considering lifestyle choices for the future.
Lifestyle will provide a platform for those with products and
services to this demographic.
The November event will be staged at The Pittville Pump Rooms
in Cheltenham giving a splendid back drop to which attendees
and exhibitors can create conversation and lead generation.

Lifestyle Cheltenham will be delivered with a focus on the territorial boundary
of Cheltenham Borough.
Cheltenham’s Iconic Pittville Pump Rooms has been chosen as a well known,
accessible venue, near to the town centre and with plentiful parking for
exhibitors and visitors.
An analysis of the town by postcode will focus the marketing over a six week
period leading to the event

Exhibiting at Lifestyle Cheltenham:
A 2.5m x 1.5m space provided for your table top exhibition and /or
exhibition graphics. Location assigned on first come, first served basis
Presenting a talk, workshop or seminar
A 45 minute slot in our exhibition theatre space during which you’ll deliver
a 20 minute speaking slot or workshop activity. Exhibitors will have one
free slot, subject to availability, first come first served, ten slots available
Sponsorship of the event
One opportunity for a business to take the Title Sponsor role, identifying
the event as “XXXXX” Lifestyle – Cheltenham, enjoying extended brand
presence, brand association with the Prize draw and other key press,
media and PR opportunities

The Lifestyle Package
• Excusive market place for your product or service. Just one space is available to each sector.
• Up to 25 Exhibitors all inviting their key clients & prospective clients to the event, a market you want
to speak to
• We aim to attract several hundred attendees to the event during the day. Advance registration will
be available and full registration and data capture for walk-up on the day.
• Exhibition hours will be Midday until 9:00pm, allowing flexible attendance to those who may be
working or prefer to come later in the day or evening.
• A Theatre styled space that will run a programme of talks presented by exhibitors and others
• Exhibition Spaces 2.5m x 1.5m presented as space only, allowing the exhibitor to bring their own
furniture, displays, exhibition stands and graphics. Power supply will need to be pre-arranged with
us
• With appropriate marketing of our own, supported by marketing from our exhibitors, we anticipate a
useful conversion rate for visitors to leads and on to orders.
• A Prize draw to encourage registration for the event that will provide plenty of PR opportunities

As a part of our value added proposition for guests, each exhibitor is asked to
put a prize into the prize draw.
The draw will be a key feature in the marketing, encouraging guests to
register for the exhibition on line in advance
The draw will be held at 7:30pm and hosted by our sponsor.
It is an opportunity for exhibitors to associate themselves with a quality gift for
the winning guest.
Guests who register on line in advance of the event will be entered in the draw,
as will guests who arrive on the day and fill out a registration form.
There is a significant publicity opportunity with photographs and a story for
each exhibitor with the winner of their prize.
Guests who are not at the venue for the draw will be contacted after the event
and the prize can be awarded later at the exhibitor’s premises with the
publicity opportunities.
