The RW Protect Insulated Standard Bag kept the product at a more constant temperature compared to the temperature loss outside the bag. 17.7°F degrees lost inside the RW Protect Insulated Standard Bag compared to 29.4°F degrees outside. Scope: We tested the change in temperature of a 3gallon tub of ice cream in an ambient environment against the change of temperature of the ice cream while stored inside the RW Protect Insulated Standard Bag. The RW Protect Insulated Standard Bag did not have dry ice in it. Using temperaturemonitoring probes we charted the temperature every hour for 9 hours and discovered that performance was 66% better inside the RW Protect Insulated Standard Bag.
