BEDFORD – On October 15th, grand re-openings for Elite Personal Training and Fitness were held at 384 Rt. 101 Bedford, NH and 865 Second Street in Manchester, NH.

Formerly known as Focus on Fitness, the ownership, management and nationally certified personal trainers at Elite are still the same as be-fore. Only the name, brand and full range of fitness services have been recharged with new levels of excitement and opportunities!

Elite owner and pres-ident Tim Whitcomb, is a long time resident of Amherst, and along with his wife Anmarie, are the proud parents of two beautiful twin ba-bies Luke and Sophia.

When it comes to the health and fitness indus-try, Whitcomb has been on the leading edge for decades. And now, af-ter several years of plan-ning, the opportunity to take his two Focus on Fitness centers in Man-chester and Bedford in a new direction and with a new name, is now complete.

Along with Tim’s leadership, an Elite team of nationally certified professional trainers provide the knowledge, skill, positive reinforce-ment and accountability to help clients of any age or condition, to meet their fitness goals. The name change reinforces the highest level of commitment!

General Manager, Melanie Les-merises has been with Focus on Fitness for three years. As a moth-er of two young children, she un-derstands the vital balance between her busy work schedule, growing family needs and having enough time for herself to stay healthy and vibrant. She brings a 10-year back-ground of corporate event plan-ning, connecting the community with local businesses through fund-raising for non-profits. Her exten-sive project management skills have helped to shape and compliment Whitcomb’s vision for both clubs. The well-rounded staff is focused on the highest level of customer ser-vice and providing a welcoming en-vironment to everyone.

Elite Personal Training and Fit-ness operates two fully equipped facilities, with the “express club”, in Bedford, offering 24 hour access, personalized training and exercise options to fit the needs of a broad customer base.

The Elite Manchester facility on Second Street, is fully staffed with 13 personal trainers, high energy group exercise classes, and daycare facilities available for clients with children.

Both Elite fitness centers provide individualized fitness solutions to families, pre and post retirees, stu-dents, and clients with pre-exist-ing or post medical recovery con-
