QUOTATION FOR SUPPLY OF BAR GRAPHIC INDICATOR, RELAY AND TIMER FOR GKWSP RSC-C/GR.KANDY/M&E/PC-2/2012/38-379

1. Sealed quotations are invited for the Supply above items.

2. Envelope containing the quotation should be sealed and hand over to bearer or

send by registered post to above address on or before 27th August 2012.

3. The offer should be valid for acceptance for a period of at least 30 days from the

date of closing of quotations.

4. Ex-stock supply is preferable. Supply should be effect within 3 days of the date of

confirmed order. If not possible specify the delivery period.

5. Each item must have certified for ISO Quality Standards on Manufacturing Process.

6. All items are subjected to inspection when collection by our Technical Staff.

7. Full payment will be made upon submission of the invoice with in 21 days.

8. Warranty of the products shall be 01 year against manufacture defects.

9. Attach copies of necessary Technical Literatures for relevant products.
