ABOUT US IN 1994, DAN SWIFT ESTABLISHED DIG-IT INC. IN HASTINGS, MICHIGAN. DAN HAD BEEN IN THE UNDERGROUND TELE-

COMMUNICATIONS BUSINESS SINCE 1974. HIS GOAL WAS TO CREATE A COMPANY THAT EMBODIED HIS VALUES OF HARD WORK, QUALITY WORKMANSHIP, AND SERVICE WHILE INSTALLING AN ARRAY OF PRODUCTS FOR MUNICIPALITIES, PIPELINE, UTILITIES, AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANIES.

SINCE 1994, DIG-IT- INC. HAS EXPERIENCED TREMENDOUS GROWTH BEGINNING WITH 6 EMPLOYEES AND 6 PIECES OF EQUIPMENT. WE ARE NOW COMPOSED OF ALMOST 30 EMPLOYEES, 5 DIRECTIONAL DRILLS, AND A FLEET OF OVER 50 PIECES OF EQUIPMENT CONSISTING OF 18 TRUCKS, 22 TRAILERS, AND VARIOUS OTHER HEAVY MACHINES. THIS GROWTH HAS ALLOWED DIG-IT INC.. TO BECOME A LEADER WITHIN THE UNDERGROUND UTILITIES AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS MARKETPLACE AND SERVICE MICHIGAN AND THE SURROUNDING GREAT LAKES REGION.

IT IS THE MISSION OF DIG-IT, INC. TO PROVIDE QUALITY SERVICE, BY EXCELLENT ORGANIZATION AND TRAINING. AS STEWARDS WE PROMISE TO NOT ONLY SERVE OUR

JOSHUA D. HENDERSHOT, PRESIDENT AND COOJOSHUA HAS BEEN THE PRESIDENT OF DIG-IT, INC. SINCE 2013. JOSHUA'S MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE

NOT LIMITED TO BIDDING, REVIEWING CONTRACTS, AND DIRECT MANAGEMENT OF ADMINISTRATION TEAM. JOSHUA HAS BEEN IN THE UNDERGROUND INDUSTRY SINCE 2001, AND HE BEGAN HIS CAREER WITH DIG-IT IN 2004. PRIOR TO WORKING AT DIG-IT, JOSHUA HAD A STINT AT KEY ENERGY SERVICES (MARION, ML) WORKING AS A DERRICK HAND AT GAS/ OIL RESERVES AND AT B&G ROUSTUBOUT COMPANY (BUFFALO, WY) INSTALLING NATURAL GAS PIPELINE. JOSHUA HAS HELD NUMEROUS ROLES AT DIG-IT, INC. PRIOR TO BECOMING THE PRESIDENT INCLUDING V.P. OF OPERATIONS, PROJECT MANAGER, DIRECTIONAL DRILL OPERATOR, AND GENERAL LABORER. JOSHUA IS ALSO A BOARD MEMBER OF THE TELE-

COMMUNICATIONS ASSOCIATION OF MICHIGAN.

DANIEL M. SWIFT, FOUNDERDAN STARTED IN THE INDUSTRY AS A TEEN-AGER WORKING FOR HIS FATHER'S COMPANY "SWIFT EXCAVATING". WITH OVER 40 YEARS IN THE INDUSTRY DAN HAS SEEN EVERY TYPE OF JOB. DAN'S INSIGHT IS INVALUABLE IN EVALUATING DIFFICULT PROJECTS, AND SERVES AS AN ADVISOR TO THE DIG-IT ADMINISTRATIVE TEAM.

JOHN F. HENDERSHOT, CEOJOHN IS THE CEO AT DIG-IT, INC. AND HAS SERVED IN THAT ROLE SINCE 2012. PRIOR TO BECOMING THE CEO, JOHN WAS THE CFO AT DIG-IT. WITH OVER A DECADE IN BANKING AND BANK MANAGEMENT, JOHN HAS BEEN A KEY ADVO-

CATE AND ARCHITECT ON IMPLEMENTING PROGRAMS THAT ENHANCED DIG-IT'S COMPLIANCE, SAFETY, TRAINING, AS WELL AS HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENTS. JOHN HOLDS TWO MASTERS DEGREES IN BUSINESS. ONE IS AN MS IN MANAGE-

MENT, AND THE OTHER IS A MASTERS OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION. JOHN IS THE CURRENT VICE PRESIDENT OF THE GREAT LAKES TRENCHLESS ASSOCIATION, AND WILL BE THE NEW PRESIDENT OF THE ORGANIZATION BEGINNING IN 2016.

BENJAMIN WRIGHT, SAFETY MANAGERWITH OVER A DECADE OF EXPERIENCE AT DIG-IT, BEN HAS SERVED IN NUMEROUS ROLES INCLUDING, LABORER, DIREC-

TIONAL DRILL OPERATOR, LOCATOR, CREW LEADER, AS WELL AS BEING THE SAFETY MANAGER BEGINNING IN 2014.BEN HAS TAKEN HIS ROLE SERIOUSLY AS HE HAS VASTLY GROWN OUR OPERATOR QUALIFICATION PROGRAM, EMPLOYEE TRAINING AND ORIENTATION PROGRAM AS WELL AS ASSISTING IN DEVELOPING IN NEW SYSTEMS TO ASSIST DIG-IT TO BECOME MORE EFFICIENT AND SAFER. BEN IS COSS CERTIFIED, AS WELL AS "EVALUATE THE EVALUATOR" TRAINED BY THE MIDWEST ENERGY ASSOCIATION.

JONATHAN WRIGHT, SUPERINTENDENTMR. WRIGHT HAS ALSO WORKED FOR DIG-IT, INC. FOR OVER A DECADE. HE HAS HELD CREW POSITIONS AT BOTH A CREW LEADER AND A DIRECTIONAL DRILL OPERATOR, AND HAS SERVED AS SUPERINTENDENT SINCE 2013. MR.
