PERI offers two stopendsystems for slabs:

The 105 slab stopend bar forvertical slab formwork

– For slabs 500 mm deep– Spindle with up to 140 mm of

adjustment for accuratealignment of stopends withexisting concrete and formwork

– The HSGP HANDSET post canbe inserted to provide a safetyhandrail system

Using formwork bracket 2

Overhangs of up 450 mm forslabs up to 300 mm deep can beshuttered with this bracket. Seethe following table for maximumpermissible spacings, dependingon the depth and overhang of theslabs.

Stopend bracket adjustable forstriking from ground slab etc.

You can shutter ground slabs upto 60 cm deep quickly andefficiently with this bracket. It isanchored to the ground with therecoverable peg. Suspended slabstopends can also be shutteredwith the stopend bracket.

These are the maximum spacings possiblewithout overloading the formwork bracket.However, closer spacings may be needed tosupport the formlining properly. With thespacings in the table, the maximum anchorforce is 6.5kN and the maximum shear force5.3kN.

PERI Bio Cleanis suitable for the construction ofdrinking water containersconforming to KTW recommen-dations and fulfills the require-ments of the DVGW, WorkingPaper W 270.

PERI BIO CLEAN:- Is a liquid, chemically and physi-

cally effective concrete releaseagent on a mineral oil basis.

- Applicable for all normal tradeformwork and constructionappliances.

Area of use:- Both for absorbent as well as

non-absorbent formwork linings.- Creeping oil characteristics

regenerate resinous formworksurfaces.

- Protects timber parts fromrotting, fungus etc.

- Prevents rust on constructionplant and machinery etc.

- Makes threads on props andspindles easily movable.

Application:- Spray the sides of the units in

the stack before the first use.- Spray the reverse side of the

formwork after the first erectionand repeat about every 4 weeks.

- Spray immediately after strikingbecause Bio Clean loosensadhesive concrete and thusreduces the cleaning work.

- Working temperature:- 200 C to + 500 C

- Consumption: 1 l for approx. 50to 90 m2 formwork.

- Application only with PERIspraying appliances and wide-spread jets. Always work withhigh pressure.

For healthy working con-ditions on site use the PERIdrying lockerFast drying allows severalchanges of work-clothes a day.

Several lockers can be placed ina row. In this case we recommendyou also fit a commercial exhaustduct with fan.

Turning the timer to the dryingtime required (up to 6 hours)starts the fan motor.

The PERI P 80 Trestle andAccessories for Your Site

P 80 trestle

The practical way of getting at thework you cannot reach unaided.

Its 80cm height allows you toreadily reach up to 2.80 m(depending on how tall you are).

The trestle can be used by itself,or in combination with timbersand scaffold boards to form aplatform.

The nonslip aluminium plate helpsprevent you slipping, even in thewet.

At only 19kg the trestle is lightenough to move easily by hand.

Cones

PERI carbide concretescrapers

A useful tool for the workforce ofthe contractor specialising inconcrete construction or structuralengineering.

Used to remove concrete ribs fromslabs, walls and precast units. Alsofor cleaning shutterboard andshuttering timbers quickly yetgently.

The cushioned ash handle withspade grip allows you to workwithout getting tired.

The carbide concrete scraper isavailable in three widths (54, 102and 170 mm). See range on page17 for spare butt straps.

The plastic spacer with a roughfinish is approved even for firewalls whose cone holes are madegood with mortar.

With a fork more than 1.50 m longthe lifter can even be used with thepallets stacked lengthwise to getpast obstacles or through dooropenings more easily.

PERI palletsconform to all relevant EUDirectives (CE mark) and cantherefore be used throughoutEurope.

All PERI pallets can be moved witha fork-lift truck and come in sizes tosuit lorry loading dimensions, eg

the 80x120 or 80x150 post palletfor transporting 25 MULTIPROPs.

The appropriate container for thetask must be chosen to preventmistakes that lead to accidents.
