Does your site have licensed air emissions? If yes please complete table A1 and A2 below for the current
reporting year and answer further questions. If you do not have licenced emissions and do not complete a
solvent management plan (table A4 and A5) you do not need to complete the tables

Are there any results in breach of licence requirements? If yes please provide brief details in the comment section of
TableA1 below
The limit for particulates was exceeded at A2-4. DG3 was in exceedence of the limit
of 350mg/m2/day in relation to dust. No other breaches were recorded against

There was an exceedance of the lower threshold value GTV for
ammoniacal nitrogen at GW-1 in Q3 2016. Given the sites history
that there has been no exceedance of the upper GTV in recent
years, this indicates that in general onsite operations are not
impacting on the groundwater. There were no other exceedances
at GW-1. GW-2 was dry during Q3 and Q4 2016 therefore it was
not analysed for annual parameters or those required every five
years. This well was also dry in Q3 2015. The sampling schedule is
being assessed to ensure this does not take place in 2017. There
was an exceedance of GTV for Chloride indicative of saline
intrusion at GW3 in all quarters in 2016; this was attributed to
saline intrusion which is consistent with the location of the
monitoring well directly adjacent to the River Suir Estuary. There
were no other exceedances at GW3.
