Our approach to 172 LENNOX STREET is to provide a contemporary response to the grain and context of Richmond and the rich industrial heritage of the precinct. The project uses weight and the sculptural form derived from deep modelling and crisp detailing to create a sense of permanence and quality. The proposal does not strive for eccentricity or to meet the demands of current fashion but rather looks to a meaningful relationship with the history of its place.
