System 18 is composed by anodized or painted extruded aluminium elements.

It is formed by a 4-way column with a diameter of 100mm and by a box beam of 180mm.The fluting in the column shows a release closure.The upper cavity of the beam permits the cable transit and the positioning of a strip for stapling curtains.

It is ideal for organizing easy but very accurate small or medium-sized spaces.

System 24 is composed by anodized or painted extruded elements.

It is formed by an 8-way column with a diameter of 163mm and by a IPE beam of 240mm.The fluting in the column shows a release closure.The upper cavity of the beam permits the cable transit and the positioning of a strip for stapling curtains.

It is ideal for organizing small or medium-sized spaces which superimposed beams or very complex joints.

1 - DESCRIPTION

This system, completely made in aluminium, is gene-rally used in stand construction.Its structural components are:

- BEAM “25” Its section is represented in the previous pages and its maximum length is of 8 meters

- COLUMN “8”Circular section, it has a maximum height of 8 meters

- Beam-Column joint

- Horizontal and vertical hardening rafter

3 - LOADS ANALYSIS

Maximum acceptable overload

-BEAM 25 L = 4,00 m qacc = 400 Kg/ml

-BEAM 25 L = 6,00 m qacc = 120 Kg/ml

-BEAM 25 L = 8,00 m qacc = 50 Kg/ml

SYSTEM 25System 25 is a structural system for exposition on big areas, thought out as “aesthetic” option to the American beams.

It is formed by columns and beams in anodized aluminium which can obtain 8x8 m lights.

The lightness of the elements makes the assembly very simple and fast. Beams are perforated in advance to permit the connection of lights, banners and plasma monitors, wiring the electric plant inside the beam. Beam are preset above to house a wood lath for stapling stretched curtains.
