(a$ A notice of any meetin& of the Society shall be iss,e! to all membes of the Society.

othe &oo! an! s,fficient eason- the notice may be iss,e! by the *esi!ent.

(b$ Dhee the AG' has !etemine! the time an! 2lace of the ne8t AG'- s,ch meetin& shall be fi8e! inconfomity 4ith s,ch !ecision.

(c$ Dhee no time an! 2lace of meetin& ha6e been fi8e! by the Geneal o!y- the time an! 2lace of meetin&may be fi8e! by the Secetay in cons,ltation 4ith the *esi!ent an! in his absence 4ith the ice=

*esi!ent an! in confomity 4ith his !ecision.

(!$ A meetin& of the Geneal o!y may be calle! only afte &i6in& not less than t4enty one !ays? notice in4itin& to all membes.

(e$ E6ey notice of meetin& of the Society shall s2ecify the time an! 2lace of the meetin& an! contain a

statement of the b,siness to be tansacte! theeat.

(f$ Any ina!6etent omission to &i6e notice o non=ecei2t of notice by any membe shall not in6ali!ate the 2ocee!in&s of the meetin&.

meetin& a C,o,m is not 2esent 4ithin half an ho, of the time a22ointe! fo the meetin&- the

(!$ The *esi!ent of the Society shall 2esi!e at e6ey meetin& of the Society. In his absence the ice=

*esi!ent shall 2esi!e o6e the meetin&. If both the *esi!ent an! the ice=*esi!ent ae not 2esent

4ithin half an ho, of the time a22ointe! fo hol!in& the meetin&- o if fo any eason they ae ,n4illin&

to 2esi!e o6e the meetin&- the membes 2esent shall elect one of thei n,mbe of be <haiman of the

meetin&.

(&$ In case thee is !iffeence of o2inion amon& membes in es2ect of any matte ,n!e consi!eation at a

meetin& of the Society- it shall be 2,t to 6ote an! the ma5oity 6ie4 shall 2e6ail. In case of eC,ality of

6otes- the <haiman of the meetin& shall ha6e a castin& 6ote.

(h$ The Secetay shall eco! the min,tes of the meetin&s of the Society in a 'in,tes oo to be maintaine!

fo the 2,2ose an! obtain the si&nat,e of the <haiman in toen of its coectness as ealy as 2ossible

constit,te the C,o,m. A 'in,tes oo eco!in& the names of the membes 2esent-

b,siness tansacte! at the meetin& an! !ecisions taen shall be maintaine! by the

Secetay.

(e$ The *esi!ent of the Society shall 2esi!e at e6ey meetin& of the Go6enin& o!y.

(f$ Any C,estion 4hich aises at a meetin& of the Go6enin& o!y shall be !eci!e! by

consens,s- failin& 4hich by a ma5oity of the 6otes- each membe ha6in& one 6ote. In

case of eC,ality of 6otes- the *esi!ent shall ha6e a castin& 6ote.

(&$ The Go6enin& o!y shall fom,late 2oce!,es an! &,i!elines fo in!,ction an!etiement of its membes.

(h$ Remo6al of a membe fom the Go6enin& o!y shall be by t4o=thi! 6ote in fa6o, of

s,ch emo6al- by the othe membes of the Go6enin& o!y.

(i=5$ Each membe of the Go6enin& o!y shall be ans4eable only fo his o4n acts-

ne&lects o !efa,lts an! not fo those of othes.

In the absence of the *esi!ent- the ice=*esi!ent shall act on his behalf.

(l$ The Secetay shall be the chief e8ec,ti6e office of the Society. )e shall bees2onsible fo ha6in& the !ecisions of the Go6enin& o!y im2lemente! an! ens,in&

that all stat,toy 2o6isions an! e8ec,ti6e o!es iss,e! by the <ental- State an! local

a,thoities ae com2lie! 4ith in time.

(m$ The Teas,e shall be es2onsible fo 2o2e maintenance of acco,nts- collection of

f,n!s- iss,e of ecei2ts an! contol of e82en!it,e of the Society. )e shall 2esent

a,!ite! statements of acco,nts to the Go6enin& o!y as 4ell as at the AG'.
