SAP Knowledge Base Article Symptom If you have created a Collective purchase order in the transaction WF10 you can not use the transactions VL10* Environment IS-RETAIL Resolution Once a stock transfer order takes part in a distribution process via collective PO generation, the order items are blocked against delivery via VL10* and against further selection in WF10 by the flag EKPO-NOVET. Deleting the related distribution items via WF40 does not automatically reset that Flag but you have to do this 'manually' in WF30 by unblocking the related distribution items against 'usage via delivery due list'! So, if you intend to use your above stock transfer orders to create a new distribution (via WF10) or if you want to deliver those orders via delivery due list, the process should be as follows: 1. Transaction WF30: - mark the lines of the distribution you want to delete - choose "Edit -> Issue Documents -> Unblock Delivery Due List" This will clear EKPO-NOVET. 2. Transaction WF40: Delete the distribution Please be aware that the unlocked orders processed by delivery transactions VL10* can not be selected by WF10 again. Creating an order via WF10, the system is creating merchandise distribution data in table FRET in order to 'connect' the respective stock transfer orders to the collective PO and furthermore blocks the involved stock transfer orders against delivery via VL10* and against further procurement via WF10. To unlcock the underlying orders the distribution has to be selected to get all related orders to be unlocked. This is just done by WF30. So, if you intend to use your above stock transfer orders to create a new distribution (via WF10) or if you want to deliver those orders via delivery due list, the process should be as follows:

1. TransactionWF30: - mark the lines of the distribution you want to delete - choose "Edit -> Issue Documents -> Unblock Delivery Due List" ThiswillclearEKPO-NOVET.

2. TransactionWF40: Deletethedistribution
