DEAR FRIENDS OF NATIVE VISION

the hallmark of the year-round nativeVision

program is an annual nativeVision camp that

attracts native youth from across the country.

the camp is held each June and is hosted by

a selected tribal nation. the camp rotates to a

diff erent reservation every two to three years.

Professional athletes representing the

nFL, nBa, U.s. soccer, volleyball, track and

Iroquois Nationals Lacrosse interspersed with

breakout sessions that promote discipline,

teamwork, the pursuit of education and

healthy lifestyles. in addition, Johns Hopkins

health experts facilitate computer training

sessions, parenting and cooking workshops,

community service projects and arts and life

skills workshops. The host tribes of the annual
