SMART-PULP Calibration
• The transmitter's memory circuits contain calibration curves adapted for all known unmixed pulps and all sensor models.
• Easy calibration. You just select the sensor type, pulp grade and mounting position, and check the consistency level at a single point.
• Compensation for ash is possible. • For unknown pulp types or pulp mixes you can create their own
curves or adapt a standard calibration curve through two points

You can make the selection as follows:
You can pre-select up to eight (8) calibration curves included in Smart-Pulp's memory circuits:
• using SMART-PULP operator terminal or
• through the HART terminal or • through three binary inputs
Support for sampling
Internal average value and standard deviation calculation during sampling. Sampling controlled with pushbuttons or with a switch on the sampler.
NOVE with binary switch
SummaryWide application range
• Easy accurate one or two point calibration• Up to 8 different recipe calibrations possible• NOVE sample valve supported sampling• HART communication• Linear output• PC software for real time communication:

• Easy installation
• Calibration through operator terminal or -
• hand-held terminal.

ASPE- Mounting pipe element
eliminates process disturbances
• Feature / User advantage: The ASPE mounting pipe element comprises the following components:
- 1. Flow straightener plates Ensures laminar flow upstream of transmitter. Transmitter can be installed relatively close to pump (small measurement lag).
- 2. Impact guards on both sides of transmitter Lumps that form especially during shutdown will be broken to prevent transmitter damage.
- 3. Mounting coupling pre-welded on element Coupling´s correct orientation is ensured.
FACILITATES PIPEWORK DESIGN, INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE.
ENSURES GOOD RESULTS.
SummaryLow installation cost
• Cost effective installation• Quick and easy installation• Be careful when choosing the right spot for
the transmitter• Mounting pipe for difficult installations
SummarySmart-Pulp Sales Arguments• High sensitivity and low hysteresis due to diaphragm sealing and
piezoresistive sensor• Flow compensated blade selection, • Over 35,000 blade transmitter installations world-wide• Single or two point smart calibration• High performance and price advantage. Test reports.• Quick and easy installation• Excellent vibration resistance• No regular maintenance needed.• HART communication.• Linear output.• Separate operator terminal
