How to earn points
0.5 point for every new 3 Star directly under you as your Frontline
0.5 point for every indirect new 3 Star under you, howeveryou need to maintain monthly PV and have a rank above yourdownline
To get the indirect points you must maintain Direct Point asthe per the Rank mentioned in the above table.
Change your rank during the policy period & earn morepoints as per the table below.:

achieved consecutive 4 months for November’13 to February’14.
If any Error in order & application form or Sponsor change
happened in the policy period has to immediately notify to the
company within the month to solve it. Otherwise the Error or
sponsor change will not be consider for the policy.

Some Important Do’s & Don’ts
• The business model is dependent fully upon product selling, through self use, share, and sell conduct by independent Distributors . Reward and Recognition is subject to ethical practices.
• Tiens strongly discourages overstocking of inventory and encourages Distributors to purchase products upon receiving orders from the consumers .
• Distributors need to demonstrate genuine sales-get trained on the products and make genuine claims as per Tiens business model and policy.
• No travel reward points would be allowed to be carried forward
• Only Eligible consultants would be allowed to travel
• Buying of reward points cannot be used for earning one’s eligibility
• Only Immigration cleared (ECNR) passports would be accepted
• If a Distributor achieves and does not travel, his/her points are forfeited and his trip will be cancelled
Some Important Do’s & Don’ts
• Passports ,visas, proof of Citizenship ,expiration date of passports and all other travel documents required for the trip are the sole responsibility of the qualified Distributor and Tiens would not be held responsible for the same.
•The travel points may not be transferred , exchanged ,sold , traded orbartered and can only be used for qualifying Distributor .
• Distributors are solely responsible for any taxes associated with their award.
•Tiens reserves the right to verify and revalidate Distributor qualifications up to and including the days of the event
Some Important Do’s & Don’ts
• The dates are non negotiable and deadlines have to be adhered strictly
• No down line would be allowed as travel companion as all members of Tiens are expected to achieve the criteria before traveling with the group.
(Only immediate family members . However, the company at its sole discretion can allow / reject any person to travel as acompanion without assigning any reason)
Some Important Do’s & Don’ts
The distributor only enjoys One Award if he/she is eligible for Two or More
qualification.
Every distributor must maintain minimum monthly points and Direct points – as per
the table for all the 5 months.
The visa fee should be borne by individual.
The full tour expense includes round air ticket, accommodations, transportation,
Special seminar ticket and sightseeing ticket, etc. (The expenses may be adjusted in
case the fluctuation of the exchange rate and the air ticket price.

If the qualified distributor is not able to attend the seminar for personal reason,
he/she will be abstained from his right, there is no right for him to ask for the
same value of money or transfer the qualification to other person, and for the fee
which has already occurred, he/she should be responsible for that part of money.
