The TRILLIUM design responds directly to its city-fringe locale, which guides its exterior form and apartment configuration. A unique slender form gives birth to apartments with generous building perimeter exposure, allowing natural daylight to flood into all living areas with maximised views from each apartment.

TRILLIUM’s tower form presents a fine sculptural architecture quality. The design pro-vides a distinctive curvilinear profile to the narrow north and south facades, defined by a series of projecting and retracting balconies that rise up the tower facades.

The signature curvilinear profiles are highly visible from two major view vistas from the north east and south east directions, providing a strong city presence and ad-dress to TRILLIUM.

The east elevation features full height floor to floor glass windows in composition with recessed balconies and finely detailed window mullion articulation that are modulated to form an abstract wave-like graphic pattern to this broad façade, deliv-ering a visually dynamic, city scale motif. This design approach continues with the west façade, visually enriching the structural concrete wall and providing an interre-lated design response to all four building elevations.
