1. Course Delivery
This is a hands-on, interactive Workshop. Focus is therefore on Coaching,
Doing, and Experiencing The philosophy is Trainer-facilitated, Participant-driven learning
Lectures will be limited to explanation of concepts
All concepts taught will be applied to a case to experience the power of theconcepts
Class Discussions and Presentations will enhance learning
Role Plays will be used to drive conceptual understanding and develop skill
All exercises / assignments will be done in your teams
