B. Instructions to candidates for Document Verification(i) If exemption of NET/SLET/SET is claimed by a candidate in lieu of Ph.D degree, certificate issued from

competent authority will be required in proof of award of Ph.D degree according to UGC(Minimum standards and Procedure for award of Ph.D degree) Regulations, 2009.

(ii) 02 Coloured passport size photographs will be required during document verification.(iii) Original NOC will be retained by the commission.(iv) Documents related to SI. No. - 1 to 10 Should be arranged serially in first bunch in Three sets.(v) Documents related to SI. No. - 11 Should be provided along with index mentioning the documents in second
