Complete the registration process online. Click on New User to start the process
Create your account (indicate your e-mail, set your password)
Complete your User Profile online (contact details, select your “role”, select your organization)
Submit the access request to the OPS administrator
Check your e-mail! The OPS Administrator will send you the access link within 24h
Activate the access link received by clicking on it

Then click on “Add/Edit” on the EGF field
Select the locations of your project activities from the highest administrative level
The locations will be displayed on the project sheet in PDF/WORD and will also be available on the Project Summary Tables page in excel format

Project Revision Click on the “Revise” button at the top of the online project form
Only the Appealing organization can initiate a project revision
Projects can be revised any time during the appeal year
The project revision has to be approved by the Cluster Lead

Withdrawing a project Do not use the “reject” button in a revised project
No funding received set the revised requirements to 0
Some funding received revised requirements to match funding received
Check your project funding directly on FTS or on the FTS link in OPS
