Kemex Brand TOUGH-EX Dry Chemical powder is a Specially fire extinguishing powder for Classfires B,C & E. It is a complex mixture of Potassium Bi Carbonate & Urea reaction product called Potassium Allophonate which is capable of Fire Fighting on Heavy duty basis, Base product Allophonate is blended with other filler materials , anti caking additives & silicon oil for better free flow as well as water Repellence properties . Kemex Brand TOUGH-EX is Five times more effective than other type of Powder. Kemex Brand TOUGH-EX dry chemical powder having low density & fine microns extinguishes fires on large Surface area and fire knocking down properties very high.It is compatible with all type of foam

PERFORMANCE Subject to Fire Extinguishing quality the minimum expected fire rating obtained by using 6kg Capacity Portable Fire extinguisher is 183B meet in 2.79kg only as per EN-615

Subject to Fire Extinguishing quality the minimum expected fire rating obtained by using 5kg Capacity Portable Fire extinguisher meets UL-299C & UL711 having area of Fire pan 4.65m2 Consumed powder for Extinction of Fire in 2.2kg only.

APPLICATION Kemex-TOUGH-EX Suitable to be used in Refineries, military ,Petroleum storage depot, aircrafts Crash & also alcoholic fires. It is in used for fire Extinguisher, fixed installation & mobile fire tender System for fighting class-B ,C & E .
