We are now offering FREE DIGITIZING on all orders of 12 pieces or more. Bring in your company or organizational logo, in a pre-approved format, order 12 or more garments, and your digitizing is ABSOLUTELY FREE!

Don’t need 12 pieces? That’s okay too. Set-up for all jobs under 12 pieces is only $99.00. Not all artwork is suitable for embroidery. Some art is too complex for digitizing at any price, however, we will offer different art options so you can take advantage of this service. To qualify for free digitizing, all artwork must be on a disk, in camera ready format, or uploaded to our FTP site.

Embroidery designs are separated into two categories: Type one, which are limited in color and have bold lines and text, and type two, which are more complex, with higher stitch counts and more color. If you are unsure which category your design falls into, one of our staff members will be happy to assist you.

Offer good for left chest or front cap sizes only. Large designs, such as full back designs will be quoted individually.

Limited colors, simple design, heavy lines, clean crisp layout, sews out at less than 7,000 total stitches

TYPE TWO Many colors, complex design, fine lines, lots of detail and overstitching, sews out between 7,001 and 15,000 stitches

Digital Printing One of today’s hottest inkjet printing trends is direct to garment printing. With direct to garment devices, we can produce full-color t-shirt designs on untreated 100% cotton garments. With relatively easy setup and post processing so that your orders get back to you fast and professionally done.

Direct-to-Garment printing is digital inkjet printing directly onto garments, with all the color vibrancy, washability and colorfastness of a direct screen printed design. Textile grade inks provide a soft hand feel.

Because this is a digital process, garments can be printed on demand for a single item or literally thousands!

At this time we are unable to digitally print on black, or any dark garments. Most of your pastel colors ar e acceptable, but white will give you your brightest print. Please bear in mind that the printer does not print white or an opaque ink, therefore when using a colored garment, your art will tend to take on the color of your shirt.
