• 1.預期Serraia M 產的Lipase有高度選擇性,從上圖可以看岀有中間產物無法催化成

FAME(fatty acid methyl ester),坦若使用Pseudomous 進行催化則預測無此產生

• 2.鹼催化不殘留中間產物,反應完全高

• 3.TLC無法分辨大豆油和花生油差別

• 4.TLC可快速用於分析生質柴油是否產生
