Adverse Paty may submit documents to the State Baronly through the US mail but those documents must not contain threats or other intimidating statements.While referring to the extended protection order it is a violation for Zachay to have sent a facsimile (fax) to theSate Bar of Nevada located at 9456 Double R Blvd. Zachay could have mailed this to the office utilizing theUS Mail and it would not have been a violation of the protection order.
