Hon’ble Prime Minister - Shri Narendra Modi

Dr. Kamal Taori (IAS, Retd.), Former Secretary to Govt. Of India

We should not only depend on the government for our development rather we should come together to make our villages self dependent using their widely spread resources using PPPPPP model. If India has to be“Vishwa Guru”, It’s very important that we as Indians start respecting our resources and develop our livelihood with ecological balance”

Important suggestions and guidelines provided by Dr. Kamal Taori are :

Public Private Panchayati Progressive Profitable Partnership (PPPPPP) model to include villages/Panchayats in industrial ecosystem.

We should start acting towards developing India as “Vishwa Guru” through “Shubh Laabh” Eco Friendly small and medium scale industries should setup by Entrepreneurs for generating

employment and utilizing, now being wasted, priceless resources lying in rural India. Cow and Khadi based industries should be promoted for sustainable growth. Villages should realize their hidden strengths and convert them into profitable businesses. Village Inclusive Investment Planner (VIIP) model should be promoted and implemented to every

Block, Ward, Panchayat, District and state. A parallel administration system should be created and integrated with computer technologies for

faster responses, actions and speedy growth.

“Villages, Farmers, Natural Resources, Air and Water are our strongest power. In this era of Globalization and Industrialization, it’s very important that we realize their value, utilize and preserve them for sustainable development”

Major points of discussion in Knowledge sharing sessions Panchayati Raj Institutions Speaker- Shri Vijay Tiwari

Father of Nation – Mahatma Gandhiji believed that sustainable development of India can be possible only if villages take the responsibility of their own governance known as – Gram Swaraj. To make Gram Swaraj a reality, In 1992, Panchayati Raj system was established to achieve the development motive.

“It’s not very difficult to achieve Gram Swaraj. Only an Innovative approach is required to create a bridge of knowledge, training, information and leadership between Hi-Tech & Advanced Urban

India and Backward & Potentially rich Rural India for Win-Win situation for everyone.”
