Government Technology Agency (GovTech)

Entities which transact with the Government should register for and set up CorpPass, as CorpPass will be the only login method for online transactions with the Government. Before you begin using CorpPass, here are some information that will get you started.

Key CorpPass Terms

1. Digital Service Access What your entity's CorpPass Administrator/Sub-Administrator assigns to you as a user

2. Digital Service Roles Specific roles created by some digital services, that must be assigned to users before you can transact with them

3. Additional Agency Check Required by some digital services, in addition to authentication on CorpPass, before you can access them. For more information, visit the digital service website or call the agency's helpdesk

4. Access to All e-Services The option to assign to users, upon registering for and creating accounts.

An account with ‘Access to All e-Services’…

Has access to the majority of digital services on CorpPass

Will be automatically assigned a default role (if applicable)

Will need to set up additional details on CorpPass for selected digital services

• CorpPass Admin / Sub-Admin need not individually select and assign digital services to users

• Includes access to a growing list of digital services on CorpPass

• Default role can be changed by overwriting it with a new role assignment

• Multiple roles can be assigned to the same user. Select the digital service and assign each role, one at a time

• E.g. CPF e-Submission, SSG-WSG E-Services. Click here for full listing

• Complete the set up and manually assign to users to allow access

Note: If your entity needs greater control over access rights to digital services, you can unselect the option during registration or when creating CorpPass accounts, and assign selected digital services to specific users after log in.
