CONSTRUCTION & OPERATION (Fig 1) :

Installation : The switch can be installed internally or externally as shown in Fig.2.. Perforated still well isrecommended for tanks with excessive turbulent liquids. The microswitch contacts being rated for 5A at 230VAC can bedirectly wired to control devices viz. Solenoid valve or pumps, through a PVC cable of 1.5mm2

CE certified option available as per 73/23/EEP for W.P. enclosure only

Large Sumps & Fuel Tanks, Boiler Feed Water, Waste Water & Sewage,

Interface Liquids, Petrochemical, Nuclear Power, Generator Sealing Liquid.

APPLICATIONS :

A suspended displacer from a flexible wire rope is connected to a coupler

(magnetic system) moving within a seal pipe via a compression spring.

The rising liquid level exerts a buoyant force on the coupler in proportion to

displaced liquid (Archimedes Principle) which compresses the spring and

moves the actuator within the field of the magnetic system to actuate the

switch. During "falling level", the spring assumes its normal position to

release the switch.
