Established in December 2002.

In 2005, RD 69/2005 was issued to give HayaWater Concession to Operate Facilities inMuscat Governorate.

The Company signed a 30 years ConcessionAgreement with the Government to build andoperate wastewater collection, treatment andreuse systems in 2006.

Agreement with Muscat Municipality regardingsupply of TE water in 2006.

Agreement with Government about land use(21 different agreements for different lands).
