ITH Single-stage Bolt Tensioning Cylinder Type ES, 10.9

The ITH-Stretch-Method is capable of highly accurate, repea-table results to a tight tolerance of ±2.5%. These results are possible because the ITH-Stretch-Method is free of frictional and torsional variables associated with the less accurate torque method. The ITH-Stretch-Method has been established as the preferred bolting process for many industrial applications.

The technical and economical advantages of the ITH-Stretch-Method are attested by the long-standing partnerships bet-ween ITH and other industry leaders. These partnerships span many industries including energy generation (power-turbines, power-plant construction, wind energy), oil & gas industries, gas/diesel engines, heavy machinery and general construction.

ITH training program

For safe and efficient operation of ITH tools, ITH offers a opera-tor, instructor, and safety training program, specifically targeted towards safety and damage prevention. Custom training sessions are available on request and can be performed at the ITH safety centre or an alternate location of the customer’s choice.
