The project consists of specialty lighting that will require approximately 174 days to procure, please see the below breakdown: o 30 days for contract review and issue purchase order o 30 days to prepare submittals o 30 days submittal review o 70 to 84 days to procurement light pole o Total of 160 to 174 days from start of project to delivery of the light poles We are asking that additional calendar days be added to the contract or add procurement time to the contract to allow time to procure the specialty lighting. On a secondary note, the procurement of the precast bases for the specialty lighting is approximately 156 days. The precast bases are scheduled to be installed during phase II of the contract. The project completion dates have been changed to one-hundred and eighty (180) days for substantial completion, and one hundred and ninety-five (195) days to for final completion. Therefore, Bid Form (page7) shall read: 5. The ENTIRE WORK shall be completed, in full one hundred and ninety-five (195) calendar days (Substantial Completion within one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days) from the date stipulated in the NOTICE TO PROCEED. Failure to complete the entire work during the described time period shall result in the assessment of liquidated damages as indicated in item #6 of the Agreement.”

SPECIFICATIONS

1. The substantial completion for the project is 120 days after the Notice to Proceed. The project
