Key areas of reform:

• To establish decent, sustainable wages, ensuring fair contractual arrangements.

• To provide opportunities for young people and lifelong learning, which is the key to job security and productivity development.

• To call for greater investment in skills to address the skills mismatches in the

labor markets in Europe and better forecasting of needs qualification.

• Contributing to the dissemination of the restructuring measures promoted by the European Commission.

• Promoting the dissemination of information and exchange of experiences carried out in the framework of vocational guidance and training at European, national and regional levels.
