HORECA 2016TRIUMPHANTBeirut’s BIEL exhibition space came to life from April 5-8 as HORECA Lebanon took center stage once again. As the annual meeting place for the hospitality and foodservice industries, the 23rd edition opened in style with an urban culinary celebration. Dubbed Beirut Beats, the ceremony highlighted five of the nation’s favorite flavors; arak, knefeh, mezze, spices and slow clay cooking, in partnership with culinary entrepreneurs Youmna Mteiny and Zeina Halawi.
HORECA’s 2016 edition successfully united local and regional industry players, as well as high profile international experts in food, drink and hospitality. The four-day event was characterized by dynamic forums, high-octane competitions and the latest innovations.
