• To involve a cross-section of staff in developing recommendations that can be implemented to improve our work environment in the following areas:– Communication– Recognition– Career Opportunities

Establish a Steering Committee

• Report directly to the Chancellor and EVC/Provost

• Charge three workgroups to develop recommendations to improve:– Communication– Recognition– Career Opportunities

• Provide recommendations to the Chancellor and EVC/Provost
