The Wirraway was one of the top contenders for last year’s Motorhome of the Year award, and it’s no great surprise to see the Sprinter back among

the fi nalists this time around. Wirraways had previously only been available with a queen bed, but this Sprinter also comes in a practical single bed layout.

The standard model sits on a reliable Mercedes Sprinter 413 cab chassis, but our test model was a 416 Sprinter with

a 2.7L turbo diesel engine. It’s a classy looking vehicle, with a stylish two-pack epoxy paint job and a virtually seam-less body that prevents any leaks.

The interior fitout cannot be faulted either, thanks to the Tasmanian myrtle cabinetry that is sturdy and also looks great. And with a stack of features like a full-height pantry, a swing-away dinette table and a bathroom that is close to perfect, the Wirraway is the complete package.
