The ignition MUST be turnedOFF before installation!

1 Remove the seats.

2 Prop the fuel tank up.

3 Lay the PCIII in the tail section androute the PCIII harness towards thefront of the bike (Fig. A).

4 Route the PCIII harness along the lefthand side of the bike.

5 Attach the ground wire from the PCIIIto the negative side of the battery(Fig. B).

6 Unplug the stock wiring harnessfrom the lower injectors (Fig. C).

8 Unplug the stock wiring harness fromthe Throttle Position Sensor (Fig. E).

This will allow easier access to thewires.

E7 Plug the PCIII wiring harness in-line

of the stock harness and injectors(Fig. D).

Do NOT connect the PCIII harness tothe upper injectors. Make sure youare on the set of injectors that isbelow the fuel rail.

ORANGE - #1 cylinder

YELLOW - #2 cylinder

GREEN - #3 cylinder

Unplug this connector

9 Crimp the supplied wire tap to thePINK/BLACK wire.

10 Connect the GREY wire from thePCIII to the wire tap (Fig. F).

It is recommended to use dielectricgrease on these connections.

11 Connect the stock wiring harness backon to the TPS

12 Secure the PCIII in the tail sectionusing the supplied velcro. Make sureto use the alcohol swab to clean bothsurfaces before attaching.

13 Lower fuel tank and reinstall seats.

14 Locate the stock O2 sensor which ison the left hand side of the bike.Follow the wires out of the exhaust tothe stock wiring harness. Unplug thesensor from the stock wiring harness.

15 Plug the Dynojet O2 eliminator intothe stock wiring harness. The stocksensor is no longer needed.
