Global Administrator

Wave Global Administrator is the mechanism by which the Wave IP 2500 is administered and managed. Trunks, users, voicemail, diagnostics and other functions are maintained with this mechanism.

Web Browser & Javascript

• Global Administrator (GA) is accessed from any computer on the network that can communicate to the Wave IP 2500 system.

• GA is web-based, developed with Javascript.

• Logins can be controlled through the local GA database or via existing domain controller credentials.

• Login credentials also determine which programming applets are visible to each administrative user.

• Can view all cards in the system in real time.

• Determine Up/Down status of any card.

• Can get firmware levels.

• This is incredibly powerful for remote visibility AND for being able to make revision determinations without opening the system.
