Palmer Promotional Products works hard to streamline the kiosk purchasing process.Whether you are buying from stock, modifying or beginning a new kiosk from scratch,we will make sure each stage in the process goes as smooth and efficiently as possible.

Choose from a variety of stock kiosk designs. Any of which can be modified to fit your mall’s criteria or entirely redesigned to give your business a unique look. Every kiosk is manufactured with simple set-up in mind and all are customer and service personnel friendly in nature.

On the following pages you will find a variety of stock cabinet configurations any of which can be reconfigured or modified to your hearts content.

If it’s a custom kiosk your looking for, we will work closely with you to a develop a custom solution to your unique store needs. Specific colors, sizes, special configurations and state of the art commercial construction materials can all be addressed.

Approval and Purchase Process:

At Palmer Promotional Products we want to give you the best purchasing experience possible. We want to minimize the potential problems and their impact on our customers. That’s why we take precautions to make sure the process runs smoothly.

For every purchase Palmer follows these five basic steps:

1. Select a kiosk or discuss your needs

You can either purchase an existing design, modify one of our concepts, or supply your own drawings. Once we have a clear idea of your needs we will create the necessary drawings, renderings and other design information in a format that can be presented to your mall’s manager for preliminary approval.

2. Contact your mall with approval documentation

If your mall does not approve of the design we will work with you and them to tailor an acceptable solution and supply you with the necessary documentation to resubmit for additional consideration. Modifications usually mean additional charges. We can provide approximate cost figures as we work through the details and firm a quote when the final design is approved.

3. Upon mall approval you will receive a firm final quote

4. Commit your order

Once you have your mall’s approval simply forward copies of the final design, quote, and the mall’s approval documents to your project coordinator at Palmer who will put your order into full production and establish a ship/delivery time line.

Once a kiosk begins production changes and modification may or may not be possible. Last minute changes/production rework will be charged for accordingly. Rush charges may also be incurred.

5. Coordinate shipping and installation

At the customers request, Palmer Promotional Products can supply logistic and installation support services. Ask a customer representative for details. Services do not include electrical work or permitting. Services are quoted on a case by case basis.

All individual cabinets come fully assembled, crated and banded to pallets for their protection in transit. Individual cabinet assembly is not required. Complete kiosks set-up requires that all individual cabinets be properly joined together and aligned before electrical work begins.

We strongly recommend contacting your malls operations manager to discuss your electrical needs and to ask for a list of approved local contractors.

hoW To order a kiosk

Follow these simple steps to create your kiosk.

Selection Process:

Step 1. Select one of our contemporary cabinet set designs or call for a custom kiosk configuration. We can tailor the solution to fit almost any available mall space. Custom solutions are priced accordingly.

Step 2. Choose a compatible sign support “Truss” system. We have many support options to satisfy the majority of mall requirements. Call for more information.

Step 3. Pick a compatible 2D or 3D graphic panel set for the selected Truss. There are several types of graphic panel sets to choose from.

Step 4. Select from numerous accessories to complete your kiosk. See later pages for additional kiosk add-ons and easily applied upgrades specifically designed to assist cellular sales.

Cabinet widths can be adjusted to reach adesired footprint.

Four Post Truss:Overhead sign system supports twelve inch tall graphic sign panels attached continuously along all four sides for maximum brand visibility. Sturdy horizontal ladder style truss is supported by our unique six sided aluminum legs. Overhead bracing beams accept optional track lighting kit (see accessories).

Backlit Four Post Truss:Overhead sign system supports twelve inch tall aluminum light boxes attached continuously along all four sides for maximum brand visibility. Goal Post System:Double sided sign system is supported on square post legs joined across the top for a clean open air look. Back to back 36” x 12” light boxes are mounted at height of eight feet.

Dual Goal Post System:Dual single sided sign trusses are supported on square post legs joined across the top. Goal post trusses give kiosk a more open look. Single sided 36” x 12” light boxes are mounted facing outward from one another at a height of eight feet.
