We work diligently to find the best matched Caregiver for your specific needs, then, we allow you to choose ! Y ou determin e the amoun t of tim e you need! Whether it is one hour or 24-hours, no need is too small. We have no minimum hour requirements! Y ou deci de the servic e you need! You are able to work directly with the professional Care- giver to develop a care plan that works for you or your loved one. Because we are a referral-based agency, we do not place restrictions on the Caregivers. It is up to you and the Caregiver to determine the level of non- medical services you need. Consistency in Caregivers. Having a different caregiver each week is difficult and frustrating. Once you have chosen a Caregiver, that person is yours! The agency will not pull them away for other jobs. But unlike a privately-hired Caregiver, we will provide you with a substitute if necessary. We refer Certified Caregivers We take comfort in knowing the Caregivers we refer are trained, certified, and experienced in caring for people. You can feel confident that you or your loved one is in the hands of a caring, professional caregiver. No long-term contracts!
