TheMasterCraftwarrantydepartment functionsasanextendedservice toyou.Services includeofferingcontinual technicalsupport,troubleshootingtheoryandadministrationofallwarrantyissuesrelatedtoMasterCraftproducts.Asanadditionalservice,IndmarProductshasprovidedatechnicalserviceemployeeatMasterCrafttoadministertheMasterCraftPowerTrainwarrantyforyourconvenienceandfasterprocessing. Anotherlandmarkthatleadstheboatmanufacturingindustryisourprogressivewarrantyprogramthatoffersupto100%ofyourapprovedretailshoplaborrate.Thisisexplainedingreaterdetaillaterinthissection. Thefollowinginformationisprovidedasanoverviewforabetterunderstandingofthewarrantypoliciesandprocedures.Pleasereadandrefertothesepagesasnecessaryinthefuture.

Limited Warranty Statement1. Limited Warranty and Term.MasterCraftBoatCompany,LLC.(“Master-

Craft”)warrantstotheoriginalretailpurchaserthatthefollowingcomponentsofeachnewboatshallbefreefrommaterialdefectsinmaterialsandwork-manshiptotheextentsetforthbelow,undernormaluseandwhenoperatedandmaintainedinaccordancewithMasterCraft’sinstructions,fortheperiodindicated:

1.1 Deck, Hull, Liner and Stringers.Fromthedateoftheoriginalretailpurchase,thedeck,hull,linerandstringersystem(collectively,“StructuralComponents”)iswarrantedforaslongastheoriginalpurchaserownstheboat.

1.2 Gel Coat.OnconditionthattheconsumerhasprovidedmaintenanceandcareasdescribedintheCorrosionandCleaning the BoatsectionsoftheMasterCraftOwner’sManual,thegelcoat,whichisappliedtoallMaster-Craftboatsatthefactory,willbewarrantedforaperiodofone(1)yearfromthedateoftheoriginalretailpurchaseoftheboatortheinitialuseoftheboat,whicheverfirstoccurs,forstresscrazingofthegelcoat.However,nowarrantyisprovided,andMasterCraftexpresslydisclaimsanywarrantyfor,scratching,discolorationorfadingofthegelcoatbecauseenvironmentaloperatingconditionsandcustomermaintenance/carearefactorsthathaveasignificanteffectontheconditionanddurabilityofthegelcoat.

1.3 Other Component Parts (Excluding Engine and Transmission.Master-CraftprovidesthefollowingwarrantyforothercomponentpartsofyourMasterCraftboat:(a) Instrumentationiswarrantedforthree(3)years,exceptdepthfinders

andPerfectPass;(b) marinecarpetingforfive(5)years;(c) upholsteryvinylforfive(5)years;and(d) fuelpumpassemblyfortwo(2)yearsprovidedthecustomerfollows

maintenanceandcarerequirements. Allothercomponents(excludingengineandtransmission),includingup-

holsterystitching,arewarrantedforaperiodofone(1)year.Allwarrantiesarefromthedateoftheoriginalretailpurchaseoftheboatortheinitialuseoftheboat,whicheverfirstoccurs.

1.4 Trailer and Trailer Component Parts.Thebrakecalipersarewarrantedforaperiodoftwo(2)years;allothercomponentsarewarrantedforape-riodofone(1)yearfromthedateoftheoriginalretailpurchaseoftheboatortheinitialuseoftheboat,whicheverfirstoccurs.SeetheTrailerOwner’sManualformoredetails.

2. Engine and Transmission.TheenginesusedinMasterCraftboatsaresuppliedbyIndmarProductsCompany,Inc.,inMillington,Tennessee(“Indmar”);orVolkswagenMarineEnginesinTampa,Florida(“VolkswagenMarine”).Thesecompaniesprovideaseparatewarrantyofthree(3)yearsfromthedateoftheoriginalretailpurchaseoftheboatortheinitialuseoftheboat,whicheverfirstoccurs,fortheengineandtransmission.AstatementoftheIndmarPowerTrainWarrantyortheVolkswagenMarineWarrantyisprovidedseparatelytotheoriginalretailpurchaser.MasterCraftprovidesnoindependentwarrantywithregardtotheengineandtransmission;however,theownermaycontactMasterCraftattheaddressortelephonenumberlistedinSection7ofthisLimitedWarrantytoobtaincontactinformationformakingclaimsorinquiriesundertheapplicableenginemanufacturer’swarranty.ContactinformationforVolkswagenMarineisprovidedinthewarrantystatementprovidedatthetimeofpurchasetotheoriginalretailpurchaser.

3. Warranty Conditions, Limitations and Exclusions.MasterCraftboatsaremanufacturedbytrainedcraftspersonsfromhigh-qualitymaterialsandcom-ponents.However,conditionsoutsideMasterCraft’scontrolrequirespecificlimitationson,andexclusionsfrom,coverageunderthisLimitedWarranty.TheLimitedWarrantyontheStructuralComponentssetforthinSection1ofthisManualdoesnotcoverorincludeanyothercomponentsfastenedorappliedtothehullordeck.ThisLimitedWarrantyconstitutesthefinal,completeandexclu-sivestatementofwarrantyterms,andnootherpersonorentityisauthorizedtomakeanyotherwarrantiesorrepresentationsonbehalfofMasterCraft.Further-more,theLimitedWarrantysetforthinSection1(includingallsubsections)hereofdoesnotcoverthefollowing:

(a) damagecausedbymisuse,negligence,accident;collisionorimpactwithanyobject;

(b) damagecausedbyanyimproperalterationormodificationtotheboatoranyofitscomponentpartsoraccessories,includingdamageresultingfromalteration,modification,repairorreplacementinsuchawayastoincreasethecubic-inchcapacityorhorsepoweroutputoftheengineandboatasoriginallymanufactured;

(c) damagecausedbytheuseofimproperorcontaminatedfuelorfluids;(d) damagecausedbytheuseofcustomer-appliedchemicalsoraccidental

spills;(e) damagecausedbyfailuretomaintaintheboatinaccordancewiththe

maintenanceprovisionsintheOwner’sManualorimpropermaintenanceoftheboat;

(f ) damagecausedbythefailuretocomplywithanyrecallorrequestforre-pair;

(g) damageresultingfromtheuseoftheboatforanyracing,speed,commer-cialcompetitionorperformancedemonstration;

(h) damageresultingfromuseoftheboatforrental,commercialorindustrialpurposes;

(i) damagetohardwareandothercomponentsfastenedoradheredtothehull,deckorliner;

(j) damagecausedbyfire,theft,freezing,vandalism,explosion,lightning,wind,hailstorms,floodingorothernaturaldisaster;

(k) damagetoanycomponentpartsandaccessoriesnotmanufacturedbyMasterCraft,includingbutnotlimitedto,theengine,drivetrain,transmis-sion,propeller,shiftandthrottlecontrolleversandcables,pumps,blow-ers,windshields,canvas,upholstery,towerandaccessories,instrumentationandsteeringsystems;however,suchitemsmaybewarrantedbytheindividualmanufacturer,andifpossible,MasterCraftwillprovidetheownerwithacopyofthemanufacturer’swarranty:

(l) damagecausedbyuseofanynon-MasterCrafttrailer;(m) damagecausedbyimpropersupportoftheboatondavits,hoistsystemorboatliftofanykind;(n) damagetopaints,varnishes,gelcoatsurfacesandcolors,chrome-platedoranodizedfinishes,floorandfloorcoversand

anyothersurfacecoatings,aswellasdamageduetoin-waterstoragewithoutproperbarriercoatandbottompaints

(NOTE:AlthoughMasterCraftusesthehighest-gradegelcoatmaterials,aconditionmaydevelopwherethebottomoftheboatmayshowsignsofdiscolorationand/orblistersiftheboatisleftinthewaterforlongperiodsoftime;therefore,aproperbarriercoatandbottompaintshouldbeusedwheneveritisanticipatedthattheboatwillbeleftinthewaterforanextendedperiodoftime);

(o) damagetothetraileranditspartsorcomponentsduetoabrasions,rockchips,rust,impropercareormaintenance,oruseinsaltorbrackishwater;however,thefinishesofgalvanizedtrailers,whicharedesignedforuseinsaltorbrackishwater,arewarrantedtobefreefromdamageresultingfromuseinsaltorbrackishwaterforone(1)yearfromthedateoftheoriginalretailpurchaseortheinitialuseofthetrailer,whicheverfirstoccurs;

(p) damagecausedbydealer-installedoptionsoraccessories;(q) damagecausedbyconsumer-installedoptionsoraccessories; and/or(r) allwarrantycoveragewillexpireafterninety(90)daysonboatsusedforcommercialpurposes.

4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Implied Warranties.THEEXPRESSLIMITEDWARRANTYSETFORTHHEREINISINLIEUOFALLOTHERWARRANTIESANDREPRESENTATIONS,EXPRESSORIMPLIED,ANDTOTHEMAXIMUMEXTENTPERMITTEDBYAPPLICABLELAW,MASTERCRAFTDISCLAIMS,ANDTHEOWNERHEREBYEXPRESSLYWAIVES,ANYANDALLOTHERWARRANTIESORREPRESENTATIONSOFANYKINDORNATURE,INCLUDING,BUTNOTLIMITEDTO,IMPLIEDWARRANTIESOFMERCHANTABILITYANDFITNESSFORAPARTICULARPURPOSE,OTHERTHANTHOSEWARRANTIESWHICHAREIMPLIEDBY,ANDAREINCAPABLEOFEXCLUSION,RESTRICTIONORMODIFICATIONUNDERAPPLICABLELAW.THETERMOFANYIMPLIEDWARRANTIESTHATCANNOTBEDIS-CLAIMEDUNDERAPPLICABLELAW,INCLUDING,BUTNOTLIMITEDTO,IMPLIEDWARRANTIESOFMERCHANT-ABILITYANDFITNESSFORAPARTICULARPURPOSE,SHALLBELIMITEDTOTHEDURATIONOFTHEFOREGOINGEXPRESSWARRANTYPERIODSAPPLICABLETOTHERESPECTIVECOMPONENTS.SOMESTATESDONOTALLOWTHEEXCLUSIONOFIMPLIEDWARRANTIESAND/ORDONOTALLOWLIMITATIONSONTHEAMOUNTOFTIMEANIMPLIEDWARRANTYLASTS,SOTHEABOVELIMITATIONSMAYNOTAPPLYTOYOU.THISLIMITEDWARRAN-TYGIVESYOUSPECIFICLEGALRIGHTS.YOUMAYHAVEOTHERRIGHTSWHICHVARYFROMSTATETOSTATE.

5. Limitation of Liability.

5.1 Liability Limitation: Exclusion of Consequential Damages.ThisLimitedWarrantyisforthebenefitoftheownerandMasterCraft,andshallnotcreateorevidenceanyrightinanythirdparty.THEREPAIRORREPLACEMENTOFDEFEC-TIVECOMPONENTPARTSASPROVIDEDUNDERTHISLIMITEDWARRANTYISTHEEXCLUSIVEREMEDYOFTHECONSUMER.TOTHEMAXIMUMEXTENTPERMITTEDBYAPPLICABLELAW,INNOEVENTSHALLMASTERCRAFTBELIABLEFORANYINCIDENTAL,CONSEQUENTIAL,SPECIAL,INDIRECT,PUNITIVEOREXEMPLARYDAMAGESORLOSTPROFITSWHATSOEVERARISINGOUTOFTHEUSEORINABILITYTOUSETHEBOATORANYCOMPONENTPARTTHEREOF,ORFORANYBREACHOFTHISLIMITEDWARRANTYOROTHERWISE,EVENIFMASTERCRAFTHASBEENADVISEDOFTHEPOSSIBILITYOFSUCHDAMAGESORSUCHDAMAGESCOULDREASONABLYHAVEBEENFORESEENBYMASTERCRAFT.However,somestatesdonotallowtheexclusionorlimitationofincidentalorconsequentialdamages,sotheabovelimitationorexclusionmaynotap-plytoyou.

5.2 Purchase Price Limitation.Inanyevent,MasterCraft’sentireliabilityunderanyprovisionofthisLimitedWarrantyshallbelimitedtotherepairorreplacementoftheboat,trailerorcomponentpart,ortherefundofthepurchasepricepaidbytheconsumerfortheboat,trailerorcomponentpartfoundtobedefectivewithintheapplicablewarrantyperiod.ThisshallconstituteMasterCraft’ssoleliabilityandobligationintheeventofanyclaimarisingoutofitsperformanceornon-performanceofanyprovisionofthisLimitedWarranty.Becausesomestatesandjurisdictionsdonotallowtheexclusionorlimitationofliability,theabovelimitationsmaynotapplytoyou.

6. Transfer of Limited Warranty.Uponthefirstsale,conveyanceorothertransferoftheboatortrailerbytheoriginalretailpurchaser,anyremainingunexpiredLimitedWarrantycoverageshallbetransferredtothesecondownerandshallremainineffectfortheremainderoftheapplicablewarrantyperiod(s)setforthinSections1.1,1.2,1.3and1.4hereof(whichwar-rantyperiodsbegintorunfromthedateoftheoriginalretailpurchaseoftheboatortrailer,orthefirstuseoftheboatortrailer,whicheverfirstoccurs,asapplicable),upondeliveryofthewarrantytransfercardandpaymentoftheapplicablewarrantytransferfeetoMasterCraft.WithrespecttotheLifetimeLimitedWarranty(grantedonlytotheoriginalretail

purchaser)ontheStructuralComponentssetforthinSection1.1hereof,ifthesale,conveyanceorothertransferoftheboatbytheoriginalretailpur-chasertoanotherpersonorentityoccurswithinthree(3)yearsofthedateoftheoriginalretailpurchaseoftheboatbytheoriginalretailpurchaser,thentheLimitedWarrantyontheStructuralComponentsshallbetransferredtothesecondownerandshallcontinueineffectforaperiodoften(10)yearsfromthedateoftheoriginalretailpurchaseoftheboatbytheoriginalretailpurchaser.Ifthesale,transferorconveyanceoftheboatbytheoriginalretailpurchaseroccursmorethanthree(3)yearsafterthedateoftheoriginalretailpurchaseoftheboat,thentheLimitedWarrantyonStructuralComponents(aswellasallotherwarranties)shallbevoidasofthedateoftransferandshallnotbetransferabletothesecondowner.

Onlyone(1)transferundertheprovisionsofthisSection6(fromtheoriginalretailpurchasertothesecondowner),withintheapplicabletimeperiod,maybemade.Intheeventofasaleortransferoftheboatortrailerbyasecondownertoasubsequentpurchaser,allcoverageunderthisLimitedWarrantyshallim-mediatelybeterminatedandtheLimitedWarrantyshallbecomenullandvoid.NotransferofthisLimitedWarrantywilloperatetoextendthewarrantyperiodssetforthinSection1hereof.InordertoeffectuatethetransferoftheLimitedWarranty,theoriginalretailpurchaserandthenewownermustproperlyfilloutthewarrantytransfercardfoundinthebackoftheOwner’sManualanddeliverthecompletedcard,togetherwithacheckmadepayableto“MasterCraftBoatCompany,LLC.”intheamountofthewarrantytransferfee,viaU.S.Mail,post-ageprepaid,toMasterCraftattheaddressshownonthewarrantytransfercard.Thecardandcheckforthewarrantytransfermustbepost-markedwithinthetimeperiodspecifiedaboveinthisSection6inorderforthewarrantytransferfromtheoriginalretailpurchasertothesecondownertobeeffective.

7. Warranty Claims.InordertomaintainwarrantyserviceunderthisLimitedWarranty,theownermustreturnthedefectiveboatorcomponentparttoanauthorizedMasterCraftdealer’servicedepartment,ortoMasterCraft’sfac-toryatthebelowaddress,withintheapplicablewarrantyperiod.ForquestionsregardingwarrantyserviceortoobtaininformationregardingwarrantyserviceortoobtaininformationregardingthenearestauthorizedMasterCraftdealer,pleasecontactMasterCraftatthefollowingaddressortelephonenumber:

SubjecttothetermsofthisLimitedWarranty,anycoveredboatorcomponentpartwithamaterialdefectinmaterialsorworkmanshipthatisreturnedtoanauthorizedMasterCraftdealer’sservicedepartmentorMasterCraft’sfactoryduringtheappropriatewarrantyperiodwillberepairedorreplaced,atMaster-Craft’ssoleoption,withoutchargetotheownerforpartsandlabor.Thisprovi-sionissubjecttothefollowingtermsandconditions:

(a) MasterCraftshallbeobligatedonlytorepairorreplacethoseitemsthatprovedefective,inMasterCraft’ssolediscretion,uponexaminationbya

MasterCraftauthorizeddealerservicedepartmentorMasterCraft’sownpersonnel,asapplicable;(b) MasterCraftwarrantsitsrepairsorreplacementsonlyfortheremainderoftheapplicablewarrantyperiod;(c)MasterCraftshall,initssolediscretion,fulfillitsobligationtorepairorreplaceanydefectiveitematitsfactoryorautho-

rizedservicedepartment;(d) Theownershallberesponsibleforallcostsassociatedwiththetransportationoftheboat,towingbills,trailerorcompo-

nentpart(s)totheauthorizedMasterCraftservicedepartmentandforanyreturntransportation.

8. No Modification of Warranty.Nooralorwritteninformation,adviceorcommunicationofanynaturebyorfromMasterCraftoritsrepresentatives,employees,dealers,agents,distributorsorsuppliersshallcreateawarrantyorinanymannerincreaseormodifythescopeofthisLimitedWarrantyinanymannerwhatsoever.

Indmar Power Train Warranty Indmar Products Company, Inc., administers the Indmar engine warranty on marine propulsion engines sold by it (the“product”):

A. Foraperiodofthirty-six(36)monthscommencingfromthedateofpurchaseorthedateofcommencementoftheproductuse,whicheveroccurssooner,inthecaseofnon-commercialuse.

B. Foraperiodofthree(3)monthscommencingfromthedateofpurchaseorthedateofcommencementoftheproductuse,whicheveroccurssooner,inthecaseofcommercialuse.

ThesearewarrantedonlyintheUnitedStates—excludingitsterritories.

A. Persons ApplicableThiswarrantyisextendedonlytotheoriginalretailpurchaser,exceptininstancesofatransfertothesecondowneronlyforafee.Warrantiesofanynaturetoanyotherpersonareherebyspecificallyexcluded.

B. Implied WarrantiesAllimpliedwarrantiesofmerchantabilityandfitnessfortheparticularpurposearespecificallylimitedindurationtotheforegoingperiodsofthislimitedwarranty.Somestatesdonotallowlimitationsonhowlonganimpliedwarrantylasts,sotheabovelimitationmaynotapplytoyou.

C. CoverageTheproductiswarrantedtobefreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipundernormaluseandserviceduringtheperiodofthisLimitedWarranty.Iftheproductordefectivepartthereofis,uponexamination,determinedtobethusdefective,MasterCraft(Indmar)shallrepairor,atitsoption,provideareplacementofequivalentquality(neworrebuilt,atitsoption).

D. ProcedureForwarrantyclaimstobeassertedhereunder,theproductordefectivepartthereof,togetherwithawrittennoticeofitemizedde-fectsmustbereturnedtotheretailerfromwhomtheproductwaspurchasedortoanyotherconvenientIndmardealer.

Toobtainthelocationofanauthorizeddealerorservicecenterinyourarea,writetoIndmarrequestingsuchinformation.

IntheeventthatthelocalIndmardealerisunabletoremedyawarrantydefectintheproduct,theproductordefectivepartthereof,togetherwithawrittennoticeofitemizeddefects,mustbereturnedtoIndmarwithfreightandinsurancechargespre-paid.

AllinsuranceandfreightchargesforreturnbyIndmaroftheproduct(oritssubstitute)totheoriginalretailpurchasershallbepaidbytheoriginalretailpurchaser.

ExpensesforlaborincurredbyIndmarintherepairofanywarrantedproductsshallbepaidbytheoriginalretailpurchasertotheex-tentthatsuchexpensesforlaborexceedthespecifiedserviceratesofIndmarmaybeobtainedfromanyauthorizedIndmardealer.

E. Consequential Damages

Thiswarrantyshallnotextendtoconsequentialorincidentaldamagesorcostsin-curredby theoriginal retailpurchaser.Somestatesdonotallow theexclusionorlimitationofincidentalorconsequentialdamages,sotheabovelimitationorexclu-sionmaynotapplytoyou.

F. Trade AccessoriesNowarrantyofanycharacterismadewithrespecttotradeaccessoriesnotmanufac-turedbyIndmar.

G. Voiding WarrantyThiswarrantyisspecificallyvoidedandshallNOTapplyunderthefollowingconditions:

I. When the product or any part thereof is subjected to accident, alteration,abuse,misuse,neglectorimpropermaintenance.II. Whentheproductisservicedbyunauthorizedpersons.III. Whendamagetotheproductresultsfromcausesnotarisingoutofdefectsinmaterialorworkmanship.

Indmardoesnotauthorizeanyperson,firmorcorporationtoalterthisLimitedWarran-tyorcreateanyotherobligationrelatingtotheproduct.Thiswarrantygivesyouspecificlegalrights,andyoumayalsohaveotherrightswhichvaryfromstatetostate.

Warranty Policies and ProceduresSubmitting a Warranty Claim1. AllclaimsmustbesubmittedviatheDealerLink.Thisnewsystemsignificantly

improvestheprocessasitwillnottakeaclaimthatismissingrequiredinforma-tion.Thismeansthatclaimswillnotbedelayedorreturnedforcriticalinforma-tion.Overall,thishasalreadyproventobeasignificantstepforwardinprocessingclaimsandcreditingdealershipaccountsonaquickerbasis.

• Submit claims with adequate information to process the claim.Pleaseverifythat the submittedclaim iswell-documented in the “problemdescription”areainDealerLink.Documentation suchas “R&R, repair and replace,bad, failedorinoperable”isnotsufficientinformation.DealerLinkwillnotifythedealerifthereisnotenoughinformationtoprocesstheclaim.

• AchecklistforproperclaimsubmissionisavailableonDealerLinktoaidthedealership.

2. File all claims within 30 days from the date of repair.

3. In order to avoid denial of a claim, any claim relating to fiberglass, gel coat or upholstery components must meet the following criteria:

• ThedealerwillcontactaMasterCraftwarrantyrepresentativeregardingtheissue.• Thedealerwillsubmitaphotographandestimatetorepairforeachpartaffected.• Pleaseprovidetheunit’sserialnumberandcustomernameatthetimeofcontact

withtheMasterCraftrepresentative.• UponMasterCraft’sreceiptandreviewofthephotosandestimate,aMasterCraftwar-

rantyrepresentativewillcontactyourdealership’sservicedepartmentandadvise.• Uponapprovaloftheclaim,therepresentativewillprovidethedealerwithanautho-

4. All claims of $1,000 or more require a prior authorization number assigned by a warranty technical service representa-tive. ApriorauthorizationnumbermaybeobtainedbycontactingMasterCraftwarrantyat(877)240-1638.

5. All dealers will receive notification via DealerLink if the claim has been approved, denied or if parts have been called back to MasterCraft for inspection.

6. IftheclaimisapprovedandarequestforpartstobereturnedtoMasterCraftwasnotissued,thedealermustholdpart(s)for30days.Becausepartsarerequiredtobeheldfor30days,MasterCraftmayrequestpartsevenifyouhavealreadybeenpaidforthem.

7. Aftertheclaimhasbeenprocessedthedealerhas30daystopetitionthedecision.Ifnopetitionisreceivedwithin30days,theclaimisfinalized.

8. If MasterCraft requests the dealer to send the warranty part(s) for inspection, a call tag will be issued to the dealer via e-mail. At that point, dealerships will need to follow a procedure outlined below.

9. MasterCraft reserves the right to debit the dealer within 30 days if the part is not covered under warranty.

ALL PARTS RETURNED TO MASTERCRAFT LATER THAN 20 DAYS FROM THE DATE THE CALL TAG IS ISSUED TO THE DEALER WILL BE DENIED.

NOTE: All parts requested for return by MasterCraft warranty will be returned via UPS unless the carton size exceeds UPS limitations. In instances of over-sized returns, the warranty department will complete a MasterCraft Bill of Lading form. This form MUST accompany the part(s) being returned. The MasterCraft driver will not accept a warranty return without the form. If a MasterCraft truck will not be available at your dealership within 10 days of receipt of the Bill of Lading, call 1-800-874-4723 and ship the part FedEx Freight Collect. If the return is by a commercial carrier, still attach the return bill of lading in order to have the part(s) accepted with it/them upon arrival at the factory.

2.Ifaparthasnotbeenreceivedwithin10daysofthecalltagissuancetothedealer,DealerLinkwillnotifythedealerviae-mailasareminderthatonly10daysremaintoreturnthepart.Againat5days,andrepeatedlyeachdayuntiltheduedate,e-mailwillbesent.Dealershipswillbenotifiedwhentheexpirationdatearrivesandtheclaimisdeniedduetofailuretoreturnthepart.

3.All parts must be tagged with a MasterCraft warranty tag.

4. Print a copy of the claim that was submitted via DealerLink and attach it to the part.

5. Packagethepart(s)appropriately.Ifthepartisdamagedasaresultofpoorpackag-ing,theclaimwillbedenied.Affix the UPS call tag to the box. If the call tag does not match the claim number and part in the box, the claim will be denied.

6. Upon receipt of the part, MasterCraft will credit the dealer within two (2) business days. (This includes Powertrain claims.)

7. MasterCraftreservestherighttodebitthedealerwithin30daysininstanceswherethepartisfoundtonotbecoveredunderwarrantyaftertestingandinspection.

8. Onoccasion,acompanyrepresentativemayaudityourwarrantyparts.Ifyouhavefailedtotagpartsforwhichclaimsweresubmitted,youwillbedebitedforwarran-tyclaimpayments.Thedealerwillberequiredtoprovideacopyofthedealership’sworkorderwithvalidcustomernames,addressesandphonenumberstoverifywarrantyclaims.

9.After a claim has been processed, the dealer has 30 days to petition a decision.

Importantfactorstoremember:• Dealers are responsible for notifying a MasterCraft warranty representative of

anychangesine-mailaddresses.FailuretonotifyMasterCraftofanye-mailad-dresschangewillresultinyourdealershipnotreceivingelectronicUPScalltagsorclaimnotificationstatus(i.e.,approved,denied,etc.),whichalsoresultsinadenialofyourclaim.

• DealershipsarerequiredtonotifyMasterCraftwithinthreedaysifacalltagisnotreceived.

• DealershipsmustnotifyMasterCraftofanyInternetproblemsthatcouldcauseadelayinadealershipreceivingcalltagsorclaimstatusnotification.

2009 Warranty Reimbursement

Labor Rate Inconjunctionwith the2009model yearwehavea revisedand simplifiedap-proachtowarrantylaborratereimbursement.Alldealershipswillreceiveeither$36perhouror100%ofpostedshoprate.Toqualifyforthehigherrate,itwillbeneces-saryforyourdealershiptomeetthefollowingrequirements:• Haveatleastone(1)fulltimetechnicianwith10trainingcreditsonstaffthrough-

out the reporting period. NOTE: Technician credits are valid for a period of five years. If a dealership is combining credits from multiple technicians, the requirement is calculated over a period of five rolling years.

• Complete the security application and maintain access within MasterCraft’sDealerLink.

• UseDealerLinktoregisterboatsandthewarrantyclaimsduringthe2007modelyear.• Completegelcoatandupholsteryrepairsin-houseorhaveanacceptablesub-let

agreement.• Document gel coat and upholstery repairs with digital pictures transmitted to

MasterCraftviae-mail.• MaintainthelistofrequiredtoolsaspublishedintheServicePartssectionofthe

DealerManual.• StockGMPinventoryaspublishedintheServicePartssectionoftheDealerManual.
