Sessions Will Be Held At The University Club, Shreveport, LAFriday, February 5th - 8:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. and Saturday, February 6th - 8:45 a.m. to 12 noon

TOPICS: Recent Developments, Insurance Law Update, Employment LawUpdate; Defmation, Privacy and Computers, Liens, Professionalism,Ethics, Workers Compensation Update and Trial/Appellate Practice

ELIGIBLE TO ATTEND: LADC members in good standing, prospective members (whoseapplications for membership are pending with the LADC), supportpersonnel (paralegals) of members, members of the judiciary and theirclerks. Tuition waived for full-time members of the judiciary only.

TUITION: $150 (includes coffee, Friday lunch, and handouts.) No refund will

be issued unless cancellation is received five (5) days prior toseminar.

ESTIMATED CLE CREDITS: 10.0 CLE credits, including one credit for professional responsibility(ethics) and one credit for professionalism.
