I am a ten year design veteran in search of an in-house, agency or contract position.

I have experience working in various industries from vinyl graphics to print advertising to in-house marketing. I am organized and work comfortably with deadlines either independently or with in a group. I am fluent in Adobe Creative Suites and have experience in Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

I was contacted by Suzanne Kiefer in Dallas, Texas

regarding the development of her new companies’

brand. She had just gone into the IP business and

didn’t have so much as a logo. I created a concept

and designed everything from her logo to her print

to her website design. I enjoyed working on this

project so much because the client allowed me a lot

of creative freedom while giving out very good

direction. I think we created a beautiful brand for

her company.

Among the most fun was this project. A pet

directory due to be unleashed on South Carolina

sometime in the near future. Again, I created the

concepts and designed the logo, brochures, sample

publication and website as well as developing the

preliminary text. This project is one that I eagerly

look forward to continuing.

Men of Distinction

Glenn Springs Academy boy’s home in

Pauline, South Carolina launched it’s first

annual fundraising gala in May 2008. Twenty

five of the area’s most successful men were

nominated and appeared in the limited print

publication along side South Carolina’s own

Governor, Mark Sanford. I laid out the entire

magazine from photos to copy to

advertisements and beyond. I worked closely

with the photographer and edited

photographs of the men who could not

schedule a sitting. The publication came out

beautifully and is still talked about.

As creative director at The Palladian

Group one of my favorite projects was the

campaign for a local hospital’s

groundbreaking on a renovated ER

facility. Many concepts were thrown

around and finally this light, family

oriented campaign was chosen. Included

were ads, a 12x12 direct mail invitation

and many other promotional pieces.

One of the great parts of working

independently is that you can work for as

many different clients as you can juggle. I

loved this project because I felt there was

so much room for improvement in their

printed pieces. I really wanted to blow

them and their customer’s away. I think I

accomplished my goal and got a pretty

nice piece out of it as well.

Web Design and

Programming

My first attempt at web design was in

2007 when I redesigned Jaybrake’s

website in a mere two weeks. It’s been

updated again since then but it was

the catalyst that sent me into the

great beyond of web design. It wet my

appetite and got me very excited

about all the design possibilities out

there. My favorite projects are the

ones that offer me the opportunity to

hone these skills and learn new ones.
