Frequently Asked Questions / Doubts :

1.Meditation is meant only for thosewho are spiritually inclined. With worldly attachmentsI am not spiritually inclined.

2. Meditation, Pranayama and Yogasanasare all generally considered as one package.Hence, starting with Meditationis not likely to be helpful.
