    Loveland.

    recommit to 14,000 SF on the frst oor.

    In November SystemsEvolution,Inc.

    will relocate rom 6,300 SF at 5191

    Natorp Boulevard in Mason to 8,300SF in the 100,000 SF Kemper Pointe at

    7870 East Kemper Road in Blue Ash.

    CarepointPartnersLLC took 7,300

    SF in the 46,400 SF three-story

    NorthcreekMezzanineFundILP

    subleased 3,695 SF on the 30th oor in

    Industrial

    The 598,000 SF bulk building, Hebron

    II, landed its frst tenant since it

    completed construction in 2007. HK

    Systems will occupy the entire building

    located at 2285 Litton Lane in Hebron.

    LesliesPoolmart,Inc. renewed its lease

    on the 146,000 SF ofce/warehouse

    acility at 1231 Aviation Boulevard in

    Hebrons Airpark Business Park.

    QCIndustries acquired the 57,350 SF

    reestanding building at 4057 Clough

    Woods Drive in Batavia rom Black Cat

    LP & 2900 North Talman LP or $2.7

    million ($47/SF).

    The 48,000 SF ormer Weyerhaeuser

    building at 11807 Enterprise Avenue

    in Sharonville was purchased by Rudd

    Equipment or $2.4 million ($50/SF).

    Camco expanded into another 35,000

    SF or a total o 83,000 SF in the

    232,400 SF bulk building at 7130 New

    Bufngton Road in Florence.

    E-BEAMServices,Inc. plans to break

    ground this all on a 25,000 SF addition

    to its 64,600 SF acility at 2775 Henkle

    Drive in Lebanon.

    TNTTrucking purchased the 22,600

    SF acility at 5100 Du Drive in West

    Chester rom Worthington Commercial

    Properties LLC or $800,000 ($35/SF).

    The buildings totaling 16,060 SF at 712

    Shepherd Avenue in Lockland were sold

    by Redline Properties LLC to Columbus-

    based ColumbusEquipmentCompany

    or $1.2 million ($75/SF).

    AmericanPowerServices renewed

    its lease on 10,500 SF in the 156,000

    SF Airport Business Center ofce/

    warehouse complex on Circleport Drive

    in Erlanger.

    Cincinnati Premium Outlets, the

    Religion is opening in 2011.

    The 500,000 SF Crestview Hills Town

    Center at I-275 and Dixie Highway will

    be the frst area location o Charming

    Charlie. It will open by the end o the

    year in the 14,000 SF ormerly occupied

    by Entertainment Solutions and LearningExpress.

    USACollisionCenters opened its fth

    area location in the 12,710 SF ormer

    Just Saab dealership at 5449 Dixie

    Highway in Fairfeld. This has also

    become its corporate headquarters.

    Harrison Avenue in Green Township

    has been converted to GlenwayAuto

    The 27,140 SF PetSmart retail store at

    sold by Peebles Land Ltd to AEI Property

    Corporation & AEI Accredited Investor

    Fund VI LP or $5.18 million ($191/SF).

    Schumacher Schwarz LLC purchased

    28.3 acres o land at VillageCenter

    Avenue and AllenRoad in West Chesterrom First Financial Bank NA or $1.5

    million ($53,032/Acre).

    The 18,087 SF retail strip center at

    6417BranchHillGuineaRoad in

    Loveland was acquired at a sheris sale

    by Fith Third Bank rom Last Chance

    Properties LLC or $1.2 million ($66/SF).

    CSX Transportation acquired 46.97 acres

    o land at 1002WashingtonStreet in

    Middletown rom Edward L. McConnell

    or $1.18 million ($25,122/Acre). The

    site is near the SunCoke Energy acility

    that is under construction next to AK

    Steels Middletown Works. The 21,000SF coke plant will provide additional

    supplies needed in the steel-making

    process. CSX Transportation will use the

    purchased land site or delivery o raw

    materials used by the coke plant.

    Development

    A $3 million Clean Ohio Revitalization

    grant will acilitate the brownfeld

    cleanup o the ormer Kahns pork

    processing plant at 3241SpringGrove

    Avenue in Camp Washington. The

    568,000 SF plant will be demolished

    and the 17-acre site remediated. Micro

    Metal Finishing LLC will purchase three

    acres to construct a $3 million 80,000

    SF plant. The company has a 64,742

    SF acility at 3448 Spring Grove Avenue.

    Hamilton County, the current owners o

    the site, will sell the rest o the acreage

    to Vestige Development Group or

    industrial/ofce redevelopment.

    SinclairCommunityCollege is in the

    process o completing a $2 million

    land acquisition across rom its

    Courseview Campus Center at 5386

    Courseview Drive in Mason. High

    enrollment numbers in its 18,000 SF

    building completed in 2007 is spurring

    development o a second acility at the

    site.
