INTRODUCTIONFrom April 21st to April 25th, 2010 the 6th annual AMG

Miami Beach Polo World Cup took place on the sands of

South Beach. Over 100 press photographers, journalists,

reporters and online media attended and covered the

tournaments, both men and women’s, as well as the cocktails,

after parties and activities after hours.

Media from all parts of the world attended the event,

including Germany, Spain, United States, Australia, UK,

Argentina, Mexico and Brazil.

Local and international newscasts covered the event, including CBS4, NBC, E!, Plum TV, Fox, Univision and Fashion TV.

Over 92MM estimated impressions were generated over broadcast, print, online and social media, which still continues to grow in numbers every day.

MIAMI BEACH POLO WORLD CUP IS BACK ON THE BEACH FOR SIXTH CONSECUTIVE YEARAMG and Nespresso Saddle Up as Title and Presenting Sponsors for Both Women’s and Main Tournament

March 18, 2010 (Miami Beach, FL)- The Polo Life, LLC announced today the AMG Miami Beach Polo World Cup presented by Nespresso, the world’s largest and most prestigious Polo Tournament on the beach, will take place for the sixth consecutive year between 20th and 22nd streets, behind The Setai from April 22nd to April 25th.

As in previous years, some of the world’s top polo players from U.S.A, Mexico, Brazil and Argentina, as well as 80 Argentine Polo ponies, will participate in this four-day world class sporting event. The event consists of two tournaments: the second annual ladies’ tournament, the AMG South Beach Women’s Polo Cup presented by Nespresso starting on Thursday April 22nd, followed by the main event, which is a three day tournament from Friday, April 23rd to Sunday, the 25th.

South Beach - the home for beaches and beauties - hosts the 6th Annual AMG Miami Beach Polo World Cup. Polo is the name of the game on the sands off South Beach – the home for beaches and beauties – for the 6th Annual AMG Miami Beach Polo World Cup.

“Having The King of Sports and having all these girls is amazing. This is the only place in the world that’s having a full women’s event,” producer Bruce Orosz told CBS4’s Lisa Petrillo.

Thursday is ladies only. Mallet-wielding women knock the heck out of the ball in a 7-minute time period called a “Chucker.” It’s competitive, it’s intense, and it’s hot!

“Today you’re going to have the hottest girls in the field of Polo playing amazing Polo on the beach, do their best to score. It’s the coolest thing anywhere,” says player Amy Depui.

“It’s awesome! You’re one with the horse,” explained player Julia Sharquaro.

Melissa from Palm Beach said, “It’s so much fun; it’s out of control. Look at the people, the glamour, the horses, and did I mention chicks?”

And did she mention booze? It’s a big part of the festivities inside the “ultra-glam” VIP tent.

Two of the sponsors – Grey Goose Vodka and Bombay Sapphire Gin – have brought in their master mixologists to make the perfect martinis.

Nacho Figueras is the David Beckham of the Polo set; he’s also the face of Ralph Lauren. Thursday was spent schmoozing; Friday will be spent playing.

“This is an amazing, to have this all set up on the ocean and to play polo here; it’s very special,” says Nacho.
