Bass Cat Boats warrants each new fiberglass boat to its original noncommercial purchaser for a two(2) year period. Warranted to be free from defects in the workmanship and materials, under normaluse and conditions. Certain items are under coverage by the manufacturer(s), separate of Bass Catmanufactured goods. Bass Cat makes no claim to represent, circumvent or exercise the independentmanufacturer(s) warranties.

This warranty does not apply to (1) Any boat which shall have been repaired or altered in any way soas to affect its use and operation; (2) gelcoat cracking, crazing, blistering, fading, discoloring or anysimilar situation; (3) windshield breakage; (4) any boat which has been subject to misuse, alteration,neglect, accident, used for racing purposes or operated in a negligent manner at the opinion of BassCat Boats; (5) upholstery damage; (6) any boat utilizing over an 8" jackplate (2009) or altering ofstandard equipment offered specifically by Bass Cat; (7) any boat which has been overpowered,according to the maximum recommended engine horsepower specified for that particular model, onthe capacity plate. (8) any part or component expired within a reasonable time of its expectedoperational period.

To validate the warranty, the boat registration card must be returned to Bass Cat Boats within fifteen(15) days of the original purchase. Under Federal law all boat manufacturers are required to notifyfirst purchasers, in the event that any defect is discovered “which creates a substantial risk of personalinjury to the public,” or any noncompliance with Federal regulations by the manufacturer. Failure byany first purchaser to fill out and return the warranty registration card, or complete transfer, may makeit impossible for Bass Cat Boats to give direct notice to such purchaser and does not executewarranty.

This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any impliedwarranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and in lieu of all other obligations orliabilities on the part of Bass Cat Boats. Bass Cat Boats expressly denies, on the part of any person toincur or assume for it, any other liability in connection with the sale or use of its boats and trailers.Implied warranties, if any, given by valid law, shall be limited to the duration of this written warranty.

The obligation of Bass Cat Boats, under this warranty, shall be limited to the repair or replacement ofany part which is judged defective by Bass Cat. During the term of this warranty repairs will be madefree of charge, at any authorized Bass Cat Service Center under guidelines accepted by Bass Cat, orby Bass Cat itself at its discretion and approval. Transportation costs to the factory are theresponsibility of the purchaser. All warranty repairs must be approved by Bass Cat personnel, whosedecisions are final. Removal of components which are termed rigging parts will not be theresponsibility of Bass Cat Boats. Bass Cat Boats will not be liable for haul-out, launching, towing orstorage charges, inconvenience or loss of time or income, or any other special or consequentialdamages of any kind or nature.

Bass Cat Boats accepts no liability for those components which are or may be marketed to the retailconsumer and selected as standard or optional equipment on a Bass Cat Boat. Examples of thosecomponents may be and are not limited to, outboard engines, propellers, fish finding equipment,instruments, trolling motors, battery chargers, engine controls and ignition switches, batteries,radio/stereos, bow guards and covers.

An extended Lifetime Warranty also applies. These are transferable warranties through an authorizedBass Cat dealer or through Bass Cat Boats. There is a charge for transferring the warranty and it may betransferred only under the guidelines issued at that time period. Transfer is only complete uponreceipt by Bass Cat, qualification, fees and transfer.

Extended Lifetime warranty to the original consumer is transferable on used boats which are soldthrough an authorized Bass Cat dealership and/or pass an applicable qualifications check list for thatparticular model. There is a charge for verification and transfer. Lifetime warranty covers manufacturersdefects in the structure in its original state. Any modifications, additions or changes to the boat fromits original manufactured condition may be judged invalid for transfer. Under those conditions onlythe fees for transfer will be redeemed. Qualification fees will be deemed as a service performed.

Assessments of the Lifetime Warranty will be executed base prorating dependent on the age andcondition of the boat, using NADA, ABOS, or similar accepted value booklets available at that time.

Bass Cat warrants all Bass Cat trailers for a period of two (2) years, for noncommercial use underguidelines stated in this limited warranty. No exceptions or other offers apply. Tires and certain otheritems may be subject to their own independent warranty restrictions and available only through thosecompany(s) dealers, agents or representatives. Transfer is applicable under transfer guidelines in thiswritten warranty.

The information in this literature is based upon the latest product information available at the time ofpublication approval. Bass Cat Boats reserves the right to make changes anytime, without notice, incolors, equipment, specifications, materials, hulls, prices, and discontinuation of models. Whenchanges are made, we reserve the right to do so without incurring the obligations to equip, ormodify, existing models built prior to the date of such changes.

Bass Cat Boats makes every effort to ensure that the brochure information herein is correct and accurate at the time of production. Today we are fortunate to still be living ourdream, building your dreams. Now in our 38thseason we have enjoyed the good times andsurvived the bad times of our sport. Whensetbacks have occurred, we've emerged stronger

and stealthier. Thesetimes are nodifferent and thelessons we learnstrengthen us.

In 1971 westarted as a family

building the best in bass rigs. Now in 2010 weshare those same values and goals movingforward. Proving this are the five (5) consecutive

The Pierce boat history began in the 1950's ('53), from wooden kit boats andeventually progressed to what we build today. The story of the start of BCB, in1971, is told with a passion and commitment from sweat equity. In keeping with that heritage of new designs, 2010 brings us the Jaguar. The

Jaguar lives up to it's heritage at the top of our pride of Cats. Itwas displayed at our dealer meeting “Excellence In Action”, andthe Jaguar is no exception as it is truly a remarkable boat. The innovations in theJaguar will be carried forwards and more will follow in other designs. We havesome surprises yet for the year to come.

The 6X custom Italian steering wheel, or therecessed trolling pedal are only pages in our innovation book. Even thisbooklet is innovative as we made it to stick in your jeans pocket. This is a smallpart of what makes us different. Because we are different!In the 2005 brochure we spoke of ourselves as the “Farm Club.” References wemade to building careers that moved on. With nine (9) anglers in theBassmasters Classic in 2010, we continue to distance ourselves from a “farmclub” today. Many of these men started their careers with a BCB, just like you.All a part of the same “Family” you share as a Bass Cat Owner.

That “Family” is never more present than our Owner's Board, where theyexhibit a character we are extremely proud of! They want to help as much aswe do! They are our most important staff, our most valuable asset and the real“Family.” Their families are also a part of this, and we have truly been blessedwith that dedication and support.

We call this a “family reunion” becauseit’s one time each year that all Bass Catowners (our family) are invited toMountain Home, Arkansas for somegood ole Ozark hospitality. Our onlygoal is to show our sincere appreciationto our family of Bass Cat Boat owners.

The two day Thursday & FridayInvitational begins with registration onWednesday evening. Thursday morning istruly a sight to behold, as the sun peeksover the mountains, your heart startspounding a little faster as the daylightreveals a bay with little lights dancing allaround on the water. It’s not often thatyou see such a spectacle as 600-700Bass Cat Boats staged for an earlymorning tournament takeoff. It is anoverwhelming sight to behold. This new, limited production, Bass Cat leavesnothing on the “I need” list. At 21' 5” this new Cat is amonster, with ratings for up to a 350 engine. It ispretty nimble as it jumps out of the hole in a handfulof seconds, and reaches a GPS top end from high60's to mid 70's. Speed, of course, will depend onfactors such as load, power and water conditions.

In the mid 2000 era Bass Cat sidelined the Jaguarname until a boat was built that was worthy of thaticonic heritage started in 1996. This new Jaguar hasachieved that goal!

This rig is designed to address a luxury bass boatmarket in unmatched style. It is a massive rig with ahuge deck expanse including a 6' casting deck(width). Overall there are eight (8) storage areasbetween the bow and console, including two of themost innovative tackle organizing systems to date!

The front deck includes those two tackleorganizing storages, dual rod lockers, net scabbard,two additional storages, a helmet box for twohelmets in the deck step, and a 34 quart cooler withsandwich tray.

Seating is cockpit style in a deep body andincludes a cubby to the fire extinguisher and a throwpocket under the drivers and passengers bucket styleseats. There is also a pivoting center seat for a thirdpassenger.

Anglers will find three (3) rod storage compart-ments, which includes an added left hand 8' passen-ger rod storage box located in the rear deck. Thisoffers a 6 1/2' rear casting deck width, you will alsofind a passenger storage compartment, spare propand oil storage and a very unique spare trolling motorcompartment behind the seats, which also serves forlife vest storage. Options on most other top of theline rigs will probably be found as “standards” on thisBig Cat. Standards such as; a security system, lightedstorages areas, dual rear view mirrors on console,Sony iPod USB Stereo, fully deployable telescopinghinges boarding ladder, built in LED recessed bowlight, telescoping LED stern Anchor Light (No moreplugging in light posts), and a four (4) bank chargerall standard. As for the Bass Cat Jaguar trailer, a GrabPost and step at the tongue, dual axle brakes on atandem axle trailer ... all standard.

A few years back, we would speak of our long term success. That made usproud as we said that we as a company had never burned, bankrupted orsold, and remained under that same family ownership. In times like those pastthis statement rings truer now than ever before. And we are still proud, thoughwe are also humbled.

Today we are fortunate to still be living ourdream, building your dreams. Now in our 38thseason we have enjoyed the good times andsurvived the bad times of our sport. Whensetbacks have occurred, we've emerged stronger

and stealthier. Thesetimes are nodifferent and thelessons we learnstrengthen us.

In 1971 westarted as a family

building the best in bass rigs. Now in 2010 weshare those same values and goals movingforward. Proving this are the five (5) consecutive

J.D. Power and Associates awards which you as customers have awarded us.You see, we want to build boats that make you proud. And we want that withoutstanding quality, and above all else, a customer service that is unparalleledin our business. We've built our mark on it!

The Pierce boat history began in the 1950's ('53), from wooden kit boats andeventually progressed to what we build today. The story of the start of BCB, in1971, is told with a passion and commitment from sweat equity. While sweatequity earns your respect, it also built a company with a product and heritagefor years to come.

In keeping with that heritage of new designs, 2010 brings us the Jaguar. The

Jaguar lives up to it's heritage at the top of our pride of Cats. Itwas displayed at our dealer meeting “Excellence In Action”, andthe Jaguar is no exception as it is truly a remarkable boat. The innovations in theJaguar will be carried forwards and more will follow in other designs. We havesome surprises yet for the year to come.

We continue hard at work and you can expect more. This sets us apart fromthose corporate affiliates. Innovation is a mission for us, and a must to keepyour needs in the forefront. We call this a “family reunion” becauseit’s one time each year that all Bass Catowners (our family) are invited toMountain Home, Arkansas for somegood ole Ozark hospitality. Our onlygoal is to show our sincere appreciationto our family of Bass Cat Boat owners.

The two day Thursday & FridayInvitational begins with registration onWednesday evening. Bass Cat Boats warrants each new fiberglass boat to its original noncommercial purchaser for a two(2) year period. Warranted to be free from defects in the workmanship and materials, under normaluse and conditions. Certain items are under coverage by the manufacturer(s), separate of Bass Catmanufactured goods. Bass Cat makes no claim to represent, circumvent or exercise the independentmanufacturer(s) warranties.

This warranty does not apply to (1) Any boat which shall have been repaired or altered in any way soas to affect its use and operation; (2) gelcoat cracking, crazing, blistering, fading, discoloring or anysimilar situation; (3) windshield breakage; (4) any boat which has been subject to misuse, alteration,neglect, accident, used for racing purposes or operated in a negligent manner at the opinion of BassCat Boats; (5) upholstery damage; (6) any boat utilizing over an 8" jackplate (2009) or altering ofstandard equipment offered specifically by Bass Cat; (7) any boat which has been overpowered,according to the maximum recommended engine horsepower specified for that particular model, onthe capacity plate. (8) any part or component expired within a reasonable time of its expectedoperational period.

To validate the warranty, the boat registration card must be returned to Bass Cat Boats within fifteen(15) days of the original purchase. Under Federal law all boat manufacturers are required to notifyfirst purchasers, in the event that any defect is discovered “which creates a substantial risk of personalinjury to the public,” or any noncompliance with Federal regulations by the manufacturer. Failure byany first purchaser to fill out and return the warranty registration card, or complete transfer, may makeit impossible for Bass Cat Boats to give direct notice to such purchaser and does not executewarranty.

This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any impliedwarranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and in lieu of all other obligations orliabilities on the part of Bass Cat Boats. Bass Cat Boats expressly denies, on the part of any person toincur or assume for it, any other liability in connection with the sale or use of its boats and trailers.Implied warranties, if any, given by valid law, shall be limited to the duration of this written warranty.

The obligation of Bass Cat Boats, under this warranty, shall be limited to the repair or replacement ofany part which is judged defective by Bass Cat. During the term of this warranty repairs will be madefree of charge, at any authorized Bass Cat Service Center under guidelines accepted by Bass Cat, orby Bass Cat itself at its discretion and approval. Transportation costs to the factory are theresponsibility of the purchaser. All warranty repairs must be approved by Bass Cat personnel, whosedecisions are final. Removal of components which are termed rigging parts will not be theresponsibility of Bass Cat Boats. Bass Cat Boats will not be liable for haul-out, launching, towing orstorage charges, inconvenience or loss of time or income, or any other special or consequentialdamages of any kind or nature.

Bass Cat Boats accepts no liability for those components which are or may be marketed to the retailconsumer and selected as standard or optional equipment on a Bass Cat Boat. Examples of thosecomponents may be and are not limited to, outboard engines, propellers, fish finding equipment,instruments, trolling motors, battery chargers, engine controls and ignition switches, batteries,radio/stereos, bow guards and covers.

An extended Lifetime Warranty also applies. These are transferable warranties through an authorizedBass Cat dealer or through Bass Cat Boats. There is a charge for transferring the warranty and it may betransferred only under the guidelines issued at that time period. Transfer is only complete uponreceipt by Bass Cat, qualification, fees and transfer.

Extended Lifetime warranty to the original consumer is transferable on used boats which are soldthrough an authorized Bass Cat dealership and/or pass an applicable qualifications check list for thatparticular model. There is a charge for verification and transfer. Lifetime warranty covers manufacturersdefects in the structure in its original state. Any modifications, additions or changes to the boat fromits original manufactured condition may be judged invalid for transfer. Under those conditions onlythe fees for transfer will be redeemed. Qualification fees will be deemed as a service performed.

Assessments of the Lifetime Warranty will be executed base prorating dependent on the age andcondition of the boat, using NADA, ABOS, or similar accepted value booklets available at that time.

Bass Cat warrants all Bass Cat trailers for a period of two (2) years, for noncommercial use underguidelines stated in this limited warranty. No exceptions or other offers apply. Tires and certain otheritems may be subject to their own independent warranty restrictions and available only through thosecompany(s) dealers, agents or representatives. Transfer is applicable under transfer guidelines in thiswritten warranty.

The information in this literature is based upon the latest product information available at the time ofpublication approval. Bass Cat Boats reserves the right to make changes anytime, without notice, incolors, equipment, specifications, materials, hulls, prices, and discontinuation of models. Whenchanges are made, we reserve the right to do so without incurring the obligations to equip, ormodify, existing models built prior to the date of such changes.
