ABOUT MIRACLE PLAYSYSTEMS

We believe the playground design world needs a little more inspiration in it these days.

We work with landscape architects and designers that believe that through design, we can re-energize the playscape design industry and make playgrounds cool and fun again. Every day we work with people just like you to find and design contemporary and exciting playground designs that have been missing from the industry. We speak about it and write about it on our blog, newsletters, luncheons and site walks.

What motivates this playground design revolution, you might ask? We’ve set out to break down the barriers, stereotypes, and misconceptions that prevent our designers and landscape architects from exploring and utilizing contemporary playground designs. Our unconventional method of portraying playscape design and catering to clients needs has attracted a cult-like following of the top Landscape Architecture firms in Northern California, as well as virtually every city and school district.

We are re-energizing contemporary playscape design for a new generation of children and in addition to encouraging traditional playscape design; we’re also working to educate our clients about the newest play design options and how to utilize them.

Since 1948 HAGS play equipment has inspired children of all ages around the globe. As a Swedish company, their design function is based on current research into the mental and physical development of children from the earliest years through teenage years. HAGS product lines includes; UniMini for children between the age of 2-5, UniPlay for children ages 5 to 12, and Agito for older children through young adults. Their independent play equipment, dog park agility equipment, as well as park amenities round out this product line.

Design Highlights: HAGS Agito is an innovative play system that equally attracts older children as well as young teenagers otherwise referred to as “tweens”. In order to persuade this age group to actively use the equipment, Agito uses some of the tricks of nature: the play functions are flexible and offer resistance in the same way as a branch on a climbing tree.
