Table of Contents

I am pleased to present the 2010-2011 edition of our annual Business Guide. On behalf of our Board of Directors, staff and volunteers, we thank all Members for their continuing support of this Guide, and for all our ongoing Chamber activities.

The past year has been one of the most productive in recent memory. Based on a new Marketing Strategy, we have adopted a new name — East Kawartha Chamber of Commerce — along with a new corporate branding and advertising strategy. In the months ahead, we will make important progress in a number of related areas, including a new web site and an annual report.

Guiding all of these matters is a determined effort to advance and promote the interests and the well being of every Chamber Member. In particular, the coming year will be characterized by improvement in the distribution of Chamber events and services across all four Townships. As always, we will continue to make representations on your behalf on important matters of public policy.
